Ginevra felt a huge weight leave her shoulders as she walked away from the house. She really hadn't planned on where she was gonna go but now that she was out she'd have time to decide. Since she had just spent all week at Cami's she decided that she should probably stay with Chiara for a while.

She pulled out her phone dialing her friend's number. She placed the phone to her ear as it started to ring. "This is Chiara. I can't come to the phone right now but leave a message and I'll maybe get back to you!"

Ginevra sighed as she hung up the phone. Maybe she should call Cami. She could hang out there for a bit until Chiara got back to her. She went back to her contact list, pressing the call button under Cami's name. She put the phone up to her ear as it started to ring. "You've reached Camilla. I can't come to the phone right now, leave a message and I'll get back to you."

Tears started in her eyes as she hung up the phone. Why was it that when she needed her friends they weren't available? She chewed the inside of her cheek trying to decide what to do. There was no way that she was going back home now. It was risky to sneak out in the first place, she wasn't going to sneak back in and risk getting caught.

Ginevra decided she was going to head to the Rossi house. It wasn't far so she could walk there, and with no car that was about her only option. Maybe Mrs. Rossi was home and she'd let her stay there until Cami got back from whatever she was doing.

After a short walk, the Rossi house came into view. When she arrived at the door she tried to open it but it was locked. She pulled out the key Cami had given her several years ago to use if she needed it. Ginevra unlocked the door and pushed it open. The house was silent like she expected since no one was home.

Ginevra let out a sigh as she walked farther into the house. She was honestly glad that no one was home. Sometimes after a fight with her dad she just wanted to spend some time alone.

Tears started to run down her face as she made her way to Cami's room. She would never understand why her dad treated her the way he did. When she was younger, he was the best dad she could have asked for.

Ginevra grabbed ahold of Cami's doorknob, but before she could open the door she heard the door behind her click open.

"Ginevra?" Nicco asked, "What are you doing here?"

"Oh, I uh...I was supposed to meet Cami," Ginevra said keeping her back to Nicco. She knew if she turned around that he would see she'd been crying.

"Well, Cami just left. I'm not sure where she went but she said she'd be gone for a while," Nicco said.

"That's all right. I can just wait for her in her room," Ginevra said glancing back at Nicco before turning back toward Cami's door.

"Hey," Nicco said, "Are you all right?"

"Yeah. I'm fine," Ginevra said.

"Ginevra," Nicco said reaching out and grabbing her arm. She couldn't help but flinch away from the boy. "Look at me."

Ginevra let out a shaky breath before turning to look at Nicco. As soon as their eyes met she could see the anger in his eyes.

"What happened?" Nicco asked.

"Nothing," Ginevra said, "It's just been a long day. I'm fine."

"Ginevra," Nicco said softly, "Please tell me what happened."

"My dad..."

Ginevra looked into Niccos eyes. Something about the look he was giving her made her want to spill everything. But she knew that she couldn't just come out and tell him everything.

"We just fought. It's really no big deal," Ginevra said as a tear ran down her cheek.

"If you're crying it's a big deal," Nicco said taking a step toward the girl. He reached his hand up touching her cheek. Her skin under his touch felt like it was on fire. Nicco used his thumb to wipe the tears from Ginevra's cheek.

"Nicco," Ginevra whispered. His eyes moved from hers down to her lips. Nicco slowly moved forward, waiting to see if Ginevra would pull away. His lips hovered centimeters over hers, and when she didn't pull away he placed his lips on hers.

Ginevra's whole body erupted when Nicco's lips touched hers. She had kissed guys before, but no kiss ever felt like this. Nicco pulled back from the kiss, his hand dropping from her cheek. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have..."

Ginevra cut him off by grabbing the back of his neck and pulling him forward so that their lips met again. Nicco's hands immediately went to Ginevra's hips as he pulled her body closer to his.

Nicco walked them backward without breaking their kiss so that they were in his room. He stopped when the back of his legs hit the end of his bed. Ginevra lightly pushed his shoulders so that he was now sitting on the bed. She reached for the hem of her shirt and pulled it over her head, leaving her in her bra.

Ginvera smirked down at Nicco as she climbed onto his bed, straddling his lap. She placed her hands on the back of his neck as she looked into his eyes. Nicco's eyes were full of lust as they looked down at her body.

His eyebrows knitted together in confusion. "Ginevra," Nicco said grabbing ahold of her arm. She followed his gaze and saw a dark bruise forming on her arm where her father grabbed her.

"Who did this to you?" Nicco asked looking into the girl's eyes, "Was it your dad?"

"What? No. I-I ran into the door at home," Ginevra lied, "I did it myself."

Nicco sent her a questioning look before looking back to her arm. "I'm fine Nicco. I promise."

"Look at me," Ginevra said grabbing both sides of Nicco's face so that he was looking into her eyes, "I promise you I'm fine. I was just clumsy, it was a total accident."

"You promise?" Nicco asked. Ginevra nodded her head.

"You know you can tell me," Nicco said, "I'd do anything for you."

"What I need you to do for me now is to shut up and kiss me," Ginevra said. She didn't let Nicco say anything else before smashing her lips into his once more.

Ope it finally happened!

Also, Happy Forth of July ❤️🤍💙
