Ginevra found herself at a party at the Rossi's house. She had yet to tell Cami about her and Nicco but she planned to tonight. Keeping the secret from her best friend was eating her alive. Virginia had also been throwing herself at Nicco, so they hadn't really spent time together either.

"Hey," Chiara said walking up beside her friend.

"Oh hey, you made it," Ginevra smiled. Chiara and Cami had been arguing a bit here lately. She didn't know if it was because they both liked Damiano or if it was because Chiara had been spending more time with Ludovica. Truthfully, Ginevra didn't care that Chiara was becoming closer to Ludovica. Even though she was her best friend, she deserved to have other friends.

"I almost didn't come," Chiara admitted, "Figured you could maybe use some back up though."

"Thank you," Ginevra said sending a small smile to her friend. Her eyes wandered the party, stopping on Nicco and Virginia. Seeing them together almost felt like a punch in the gut. She also didn't understand why Virginia wanted to get back with the boy, he'd cheated on her.

"Hey, don't pay any attention to them," Chiara said noticing who her friend was looking at, "Why don't I go get us some drinks?"

"Thank you," Ginevra smiled again.

"Stay right here. I'll be back," Chiara said before leaving her friend standing in her spot by the pool.

Ginevra couldn't help but look back across the pool at the couple if you could even call them that. Nicco met her gaze, sending her a small smile.

"It's gotta kill you seeing them together," someone said beside the girl. She broke her stare with Nicco turning to see Brando standing beside her. A scowl settled on her face as the boy smirked at her.

"I don't know who you're talking about," Ginevra said crossing her arms and turning back away from the boy.

"Oh but I think you do," Brando said. She knew exactly who he was talking about, but he didn't need to know that.

"Just leave me alone Brando," Ginevra said.

"You know," Brando said putting his arm around the girl's shoulder, "I could help you get your mind off of him."

"I said leave me alone," Ginevra said trying to shrug his arm off.

"Come on Ginevra," Brando said pulling her closer so that he could whisper in her ear, "I know if you'd let me I could make you feel just as good as him."

"Leave me alone," Ginevra said shoving the boy away from her. She looked around to see they had gained the attention of some of the people outside. Brando laughed taking a step back toward the girl. He stopped when he felt a hand on his shoulder.

"She told you to leave her alone," Nicco said. Brando turned to look at his friend, an amused look in his eye.

"You always gotta ruin my chances huh?" Brando asked taking a step toward Nicco.

"I think maybe you should go," Nicco said. His eyes quickly moved to Ginevra before landing back on his friend.

"You know this is some bullshit," Brando said.

"What's going on?" Cami asked walking up behind her brother. Ginevra saw Chiara standing behind Cami watching the situation unfold.

"Nothing," Nicco said looking back at her, "Brando's had too much to drink and he was just leaving."

"What's going on is that your brother here thinks he can just tell me what girls I can and can't go after," Brando said.

"Brando," Ginevra said walking beside him. Honestly, he was pretty drunk, and she was scared of what he was going to say.

"Well guess what?" Brando asked stepping so that he was right in Nicco's face, "Just because you slept with her doesn't mean that I can't have her."

Ginevra felt her whole world come crashing down around her. Her eyes moved from Brando to Chiara, to Nicco, to Cami, and lastly Virginia who had walked up just in time to hear what Brando said.

"What is he talking about Nicco?" Virginia snapped.

"Nothing," Nicco said, "You guys should just go inside."

"He's right," Chiara said trying to diffuse the situation, "We should go inside. Clearly, Brando is drunk and doesn't know what he saying."

"Oh, what I'm talking about..." Brando said walking to stand in between Cami and Virginia. The boy had a smirk on his face as he threw his arms around the girl's shoulders, "Is that those two slept together."

"What?" Virginia seethed.

"Brando don't be ridiculous," Cami said pushing the boy's arm from her shoulder. There was no way she believed that her best friend, whom she'd known all her life had slept with her bother. That was until she looked over at the guilty face her best friend had. She was met with a similar one when looking at her brother.

"Tell me it's not true," Cami said looking between her best friend and brother, "Tell me he's lying."

"Cami I wanted to tell you," Ginevra said taking a small step forward, "I was going to tell you tonight."

Cami couldn't believe what she was hearing. She didn't care how sorry Ginevra was, she was pissed at her right now. "How could you?"

"I'm sorry," Ginevra said, tears forming in her eyes. She didn't want to lose her best friend.

"You bitch!" Virginia yelled taking a step closer to the girl.

"Virginia," Nicco said stepping beside the Ginevra.

"You stay out of this!" Virginia snapped.

"Virginia, let me explain," Ginevra said.

"What exactly is there to explain?" Virginia said, "You slept with my boyfriend."

"I'm sorry. It was an accident," Ginevra said, "I never meant for it to happen."

"You can't accidentally sleep with someone!" Virginia yelled.

Ginevra opened her mouth to say something but Virgina shoved her back. She was standing so close to the edge of the pool that she fell in. The cold water hitting her skin almost brought some relief to her body. All of the noise that had once filled her mind was silent.

"Virginia!" Nicco yelled at the girl.

"Don't Virginia me!" she snapped before storming off. Nicco's eyes fell on his sister, he'd never seen her look so disappointed in him. "Cami.."

The girl just shook her head before walking away. Nicco's eyes immediately landed on the pool as Ginevra came up with a gasp.

"Are you all right?" Chiara asked, immediately at her side as she got out of the water.

"I'm fine," Ginevra said pushing her friend away. She may have been physically fine, but emotionally she was a wreck. Not to mention the whole situation was embarrassing. "I'm just gonna go home," Ginevra said walking out of the back gate.

"Ginevra!" Nicco called running after the girl.

"Leave me alone Nicco," Ginevra said.

"Talk to me," the boy said catching her hand in his.

"No!" she yelled pulling her hand away, "I probably just lost my best friend because I made the stupid mistake of sleeping with you! I don't ever want to talk to you again!"
