Nicco stood in the hallway, Virginia chatting his ear off as usual. "Are you even listening to me?" Virginia asked.

"Yes," Nicco said looking at the girl.

"What did I say then?" Virginia asked crossing her arms. Nicco opened his mouth to make some excuse when Vitto and Carlo walked up to them.

"Hey, man," Vitto said.

"Hey," Nicco said turning to ignore Virginia. The girl just rolled her eyes and walked away.

"Yo, where were you two last night?" Brando asked walking up to the group.

"I was trying to study for this test today," Carlo said.

"Seriously? Since when do you take tests seriously?" Brando asked.

"Since my dad threatened to take away my car if I fail," Carlo said making the boys laugh.

"What about you?" Brando asked.

"I was hanging out with Ginevra," Vitto said.

"Again?" Brando asked, "That girls got you pussy-whipped. You're like her little bitch."

"Shut up, Brando," Vitto said.

"All I'm saying is the sex has got to be good," Brando said, "There's no way any guy would spend that much time with a girl he wasn't dating unless he was getting good sex."

"He told you to shut up," Nicco spoke. He couldn't stand to hear Brando talk about Ginevra that way.

"For your information," Vitto said, "Ginevra and I are dating." Nicco's head snapped from Brando to Vitto.

"Since when?" Carlo asked.

"Since last night," Vitto said, "I asked her out and she said yes."

"I don't believe you," Brando said.

"Why not?" Vitto asked

"I mean you have been pining after her for years. There's no way she said yes," Brando said.

"Well you're just gonna have to take my word for it until she gets here," Vitto said. Nicco looked up spotting Ginevra walking by in the hallway parallel to them. He didn't say a word as he walked away from the group toward the girl.

"You're dating him?!" Nicco asked falling into step beside the girl.

"What are you talking about?" Ginevra asked.

"Are you and Vitto dating?" Nicco asked.

"I don't think that's any of your business," Ginevra said.

"It is my business when I have to hear about it," Nicco said, "How could you do this?"

"How could I do what?" Ginevra asked.
