Borrowed time; Mattheo Riddle

Chapter 6

Mattheo's pov

I walked up to the astronomy tower for our study session. I was a bit late as I stopped by the kitchen picking up some snacks. It had been dreadful being nice to her all week but I think I was starting to gain some of her trust.

It all went well until our snack break when she asked about my sudden change in attitude. I had to make up something quick playing on her emotions and I was relived when she bough it. That was until I mentions her parents death and she freaked out, storming out of the astronomy tower.

My plan of gaining her trust and make her tell me was officially fucked. If I wanted to know what the fuck is going on I was gonna have to figure it out myself.

Bella's pov

I woke up on the floor trying to regain my strength. I was only out for a few minutes and pulled myself in to bed falling asleep immediately.

Waking up the next morning I had a pounding headache but got ready none the less and headed down for breakfast. The day went by slowly and my body was weak. During lunch I made my way to Severus classroom needing to talk to him.

"Hey Sevy" I saw him sitting at his desk grading some papers and I closed the door approaching him.

He looked up at me, his eyes immediately filling with concern as he recognized the state I was in.

"You got another episode?" he asked standing up and walking closer to me.

"Yeh last night"

"Tell me about it" he said.

"Well I started feeling a bit nauseous and ended up puking, I managed to down a vile of potions before passing out for a few minutes."

"Anything that triggers it? Stressful situation or something?" he asked.

"No" I said not wanting to tell him about Mattheo and the events that went down.

"Okey, and how are you feeling now?"

"The usual, a headache and my body feels weak." He went over to a cupboard taking out a potion and handing it to me.

"Take this it should help a bit" he said handing me the vile. "I need you to tell me if anything else happens and don't forget your potions"

"I know, I know. I better head out I have history of magic soon" I said chugging the potions and heading out of the classroom. "I'll see you later Sevy".

Time flew by quickly and I hadn't had other episode yet. Pansy had started spending a lot of time with Draco and I had started getting closer to the others, especially Enzo and Theo, they were truly a unique duo to say the least.

We were currently sitting in the common room talking when Enzo comes running in hiding behind the couch. Everybody was confused until we saw a fuming Theo with blue hair entering.

"Where the fuck is he, I'm gonna fucking kill him" he said walking toward us.

"I don't know, haven't seen him" I said trying to hold back my laughter. The others not quite managing making Theo death stare all of them.

Blaise walked in the common room, "Mate what you doing behind the couch" he said looking at Lorenzo before looking around at the rest of us. "Oh fuck, what happened to you" he burst out laughing seeing Theo's blue hair.

Theo quickly jumped over the couch heading for Enzo who started running, those two are absolutely crazy. Being closer to them I found out that they had known each other before starting Hogwarts. Apparently their parents where friends and the boys had been inseparable since they were 8, constantly pulling pranks and getting in trouble. When Theo's mother died his dad lost it and started drinking, Enzo became his only source of security and happiness. They were more like brothers then friends and it is really heartwarming seeing how much they cared for each other.
