I woke up with Mattheo no longer beside me. Instead Enzo was sat in the chair to my left reading a worn out copy of Romeo and Juliet. "I didn't knew you read?" I said turning over on my side.

"I don't, but I was bored and this was the only thing I could find around here" he said smiling as he threw the book away on a table. "How you doing?" he asked.

"I'm good" I said smiling at him. "I don't mean to be rude because I obviously love your company, but where's Mattheo?"

"Dumbledore forced him to go to his classes. Seems missing almost an entire week isn't all to popular with the teachers" he explained.

"And he willingly went?" I felt like he definitely left some parts out.

"Oh no, it's Mattheo we're talking about. They basically had to rip him from this chair" he laughed. "I on the other hand had a gap hour, so I offered to keep an eye on you and that seemed to calm him down a bit" he reassured.

"Thank you" I said before my eyes moved to the cart next to him filled with food. He noticed and laughed, "You hungry?" he said pushing it towards me.

"Starving" I responded.

"I hope it's still warm, if not blame Blaise, he wouldn't stop blabbering while I tried to placed the heating spell"

While I stuffed my face Enzo told me about what had happened while I was out. Mattheo hadn't left my side and Pansy had apparently not left her dorm, he told me she was blaming herself for not realizing I was gone and looking for me quicker. They had all apparently gathered here every night to eat, probably to make sure Mattheo didn't starve, but it was nice knowing they had been here.

A door opened and Severus made an entrance. Enzo got up understanding that we needed some privacy to talk and gave me a quick kiss on the head before leaving.

"How are you feeling?" he asked stopping at the foot of my bed.

"I'm fine" I responded. His eyes were sad as he just stood there looking at me, silently confirming what I had thought, it was spreading quicker than expected.

"When had you last taken a potion?" he asked.

"The day before". His jaw tensed as he tried to stay composed. "You don't need to do that. I know whats going on, it's not your fault Sevy" I reached for his hand and he stepped closer to grab hit.

"I have been working on a new potion, it's not quite done yet but I think it could work. In the meantime I want you to take your current potion once a day from now on" he said avoiding my gaze. I know he's hurting and this is his way of dealing with it, we both know there's no stopping whats eventually gonna happen but either way he will blame himself when it eventually do.

"I will, I promise" I gave his hand a squeeze. He has never been an affectionate person but that doesn't mean he doesn't care, he just has his own way of showing it.

"Sevy, I have decided on something" I said as he eyes finally moved to meet mine. "I'm gonna tell Mattheo, he deserves to know"

"I agree" I wasn't expecting that, "I just hope his feelings for you are strong enough for him to do the right thing" his words confused me. What right thing?

Before I had time to ask the doors opened again and Madam Pomfrey came strutting in. "Oh, dear child, how are you feeling?"

"I'm fine" I said a bit annoyed that she interrupted.

"Well I'm sure Snape had already informed you that you are free to leave as soon as you feel ready, but no rush dear one" she spoke looking between the two of us.
