I will save you (Kunikuzushi x fem!reader)

An eremite party - Part 1

Y/n pov:

I sighed as I sat up in the bed after sleeping for a couple of hours. No sleep was claimed as me and Kunikuzushi were awake the whole night. Around five in the morning, he decided to pick some of the newly grown strawberries from the garden to give me.

I could hear Kunikuzushi out in the kitchen, probably washing the strawberries at the moment.

I brushed my hand over my collarbone, flinching slightly as it stung as soon as my fingers made contact with a wound.

I put my shaking legs on the floor and pushed myself up, taking slow steps towards a full body mirror in the corner of the room.

My legs ached as soon as I had put my full body weight on them, so I leaned on the wall, looking at myself in the mirror.

On the side of my neck we're bruises. Red and purple. My mouth fell open. "Shit."

My eyes fell further down into my collarbone. A couple of bite marks. And small trails of blood leading from the marks and up to my neck. Even more marks were visible further down, literally everywhere.

"Crazy bastard." I mumbled. But I couldn't stop the smile that made its way to my face. I crossed my arms, scanning all the marks covering my body.

In the mirror, I saw the door behind me open and Kunikuzushi stepping inside, wearing nothing more than his short pants. As he turned his back to me to close the door, I got a nice view of all the marks I had made, along with the electro mark on the back of his neck.

The marks that my nails had done when they dug into his back looked like claw marks. My eyes widened at how my nails had actually pierced his skin, he had definitely bled.

Kuni's eyes snapped towards me, standing in my chemise. He eyed my shaking legs before walking towards me.

"It's six am. You should still be sleeping. You didn't fall asleep until after five." He said, as I was about to answer. He snatched me off my feet and into his arms, which almost felt like a second home at this point.

I chuckled. "Maybe I should sleep. There's a tradition between my eremite friends that is happening this week." I told him.

He placed me into the bed and pulled the sheets up over me. "Really? Tell me more." He said before climbing over me and trapping me under the blanket. My arms were pinned at my side under the sheets.

"A party every night the whole week. Sounds fun huh?" I asked him. He hummed "mhm" in response before laying down over me, burying his face in my neck.

"So you and your eremite friends are going to party the whole week, what about me?" Kunikuzushi asked.

I gave him a close-eyed smile before answering, "Well, you can look after Yin and Yang, though they are capable of taking care of themselves... or you could come with me." I offered.

He sighed. "I could come with." He said.

My smile grew. "My friends would love to meet you! They're so curious about you." I said excitedly.

The day passed by quickly with me, Kuni, Yin and Yang hanging around the garden.
