TW: Intoxication, Harassment, Arguing.

BASIL climbed the stairs wearily, anticipation building for a moment of respite in his room. However, as he reached the top and approached his bedroom door, he discovered it was locked. Confusion furrowed his brow as he tried to make sense of the situation.

'Wait, why is the door locked?', BASIL muttered to himself, his fatigue deepening the lines of worry on his face. He reached for the doorknob, hoping it was just a simple mistake, but it remained stubbornly immobile.

His confusion turned into frustration as he jiggled the doorknob, attempting to force the locked door open. He couldn't shake the nagging feeling that something was amiss, and his tired mind conjured various scenarios of why the room would be locked.

'SUNNY!' BASIL called out, his voice tinged with annoyance. 'What did you do? Why the fuck is the room locked?!'

As his frustration grew, he heard the sound of the lock being undone from the other side of the door. It swung open, revealing SUNNY standing there, a mischievous glint in his eyes. But for a split second, BASIL caught a glimpse of something unsettling in SUNNY's expression—a menacing look that sent a shiver down his spine.

Before BASIL could say anything, SUNNY quickly shifted his demeanor, a smile spreading across his face. 'Hey, BASIL! Sorry about that, I must have accidentally locked the door. Silly me!'

BASIL's suspicion lingered, his eyes narrowing as he studied SUNNY's sudden change in behavior. The transition from a menacing look to a happy-go-lucky façade happened too quickly to be dismissed as a mere coincidence.

'Accidentally, huh?' BASIL replied, his voice laced with skepticism. 'Seems like you were enjoying locking me out for a moment there. What's the game this time, SUNNY?'

SUNNY's smile faltered for a fraction of a second, but he quickly regained his composure. 'Oh, BASIL, you know me! Always up for a little prank. But really, it was just an accident. I didn't mean anything by it.'

BASIL's suspicion and frustration reached a boiling point. He couldn't contain his anger any longer, and the words spilled out from his lips with a venomous edge.

'Cut the crap, SUNNY!' BASIL snapped, his voice dripping with disdain. 'I'm tired of your games and your lies. It's obvious you did that on purpose. What sick satisfaction do you get from tormenting me?'

SUNNY's smile wavered, his eyes widening slightly at the venom in BASIL's words. He tried to mask his surprise with a forced laugh, but it came out hollow and unconvincing.

'BASIL, come on,' SUNNY said, his voice tinged with nervousness. 'You're taking this way too seriously. It was just a harmless prank. Can't you take a joke?'

'A joke?' BASIL spat, his voice filled with bitterness. 'You call causing chaos, manipulating people, and hurting others a joke? Well, guess what, SUNNY? I'm not laughing. I'm sick and tired of your fucking behavior.'

BASIL's anger and frustration reached its peak, and he couldn't bear to entertain SUNNY's excuses any longer. He let out a frustrated sigh, brushing past SUNNY and pushing him out of the way.
