Belly and Conrad were currently walking back to the beach house. "what the hell belly'' Conrad says to the girl. "what" Belly ask confused. "this is the second time you kissed me, the first one didn't end well what makes you think this time would" Conrad says. "I've had a crush on you since we were kids Conrad" Belly tells him. "so," Conrad says looking at the girl. "what do you mean so" Belly questions. "I have a girlfriend Belly and you are with my brother," Conrad says as Belly starts to push his buttons."how do you know about that? Did Cassie tell you" Belly asks. "that doesn't matter," Conrad tells her. "Being with you is all I ever wanted" Belly says stopping and turning to face the boy. "so you basically used my brother is what you're saying?" Conrad asks the girl and she stays silent. "your a sick person" Conrad says walking away.
"Hi Connie," Susannah says as she sees her son walk into the house. "hey, um is Cassie here" Conrad asks his mother. "yeah, is everything okay" Susannah says to the boy. "um, just something with belly" Conrad says "ill tell you later, I just really need to talk to cassie" Conrad says urgently. "go tell her" Susannah tells the boy and watches as he speeds his way towards the stairs. "Cas," Conrad says opening the door to his room. "yes" She has as she looks up from her computer. "you okay" Cassie ask concerned as she notices the boy's eye watering. "it happened again," Conrad tells her closing the door and making his way towards the bed.
"belly kissed you again," Cassie asks. "yeah" He confirms nodding. his head. "I'm sorry," Conrad says letting the tears that were building up to drop. "why are you apologizing," Cassie asks him as she wipes away his tears. "because this is the second time it happened and it could look like I'm cheating," Conrad says. "people don't tell their partner they are cheating Conrad" Cassie tell the boy. "well still," Conrad says. "its fine Connie" Cassie says bringing the boy in. "it's not you fault Belly doesn't know boundaries," Cassie whispers to Conrad as she moves to the computer off the bed. She lays back on the bed and Conrad wraps his arms around her waist.

"you know Steven's graduating today," Cassie tells the boy as she hugs him from behind. "yeah," Conrad says. "you should call him or something" Cassie suggests. "but it's going to be awkward like the last time" Conrad whines. "your fallout was with Belly, not Steven" Cassie tells the boy as she movies to grab something. "ill think about it" Conrad says and Cassie smiles at him.
"Have you talked to Steven or Belly?" Cassie asks as Conrad goes to put his dishes in the sink. "no" Conrad answers as he turns to face her. "maybe you should" Cassie suggests. "do you even know the definition of a grudge" Conrad ask "I do, but I feel like it's pointless." Cassie says "How about ill call if you stay right here," Conrad says "Fine," Cassie says watching as the boy goes to grab his phone. the boy clicks her contact before setting the phone between the two of them. "hey" Belly says as she answers the phone. "hey" Conrad says back.
"I, uh, didn't expect to hear from you," Belly said. "Yeah, is it okay that I'm, that I'm calling? I shouldn't have called. This was dumb. I'm sorry." Conrad rushes out as he goes to push the hang-up button, butBelly speaks up. "No, no, no, no, it's okay. Um... we're still friends, right?" Belly questions and Conrad looks up at Cassie. "Why are you looking at me" Cassie mouths. "I don't know what to say" He mouths back and Cassie nods her head. "yeah, yeah. We're friends, yeah." Conrad answers. "Yeah, and, um, friends can talk on the phone," Belly tells him.
