Sunny Suzuki - quiet in public, talkative when with family or friends. Gets anxious easily, and has troubles with dissociation. Plays the violin, but wishes he didn't. The utter opposite of Omori.
Omori Suzuki - loud in public and at home. Sometimes has troubles with anxiety, but not as bad as Sunny's. Plays electric guitar, it matches his personality. The utter opposite of Sunny.
Mari Suzuki - a generally sweet and kind young lady. She's a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to playing the piano, but her mistakes are hardly ever noticeable. At least, they would be if she didn't point them out.
Haru Suzuki - a quiet man, hardly ever talks unless he has to. He used to play the cello, but stopped after he lost interest in it. Though, he does still practice every now and then, just so his family doesn't find out. He isn't actually majoring in orchestra. He gets along with Rowan rather well. Constantly worried about Sunny.
Scarlett Suzuki - the loving mother of Sunny, Omori, Mari and Haru. She's the money maker of the household.
Joseph Suzuki - the loving father of Sunny, Omori, Mari and Haru. He works from home so he can watch over the family.
Basil Fae - a nervous young man, stutters a lot. He has a big interest in flowers and other types of plants. He is a very good cook and grows most of the herbs he uses in his garden. Omori and Sunny are his best friends.
Rowan Fae - a bitch of a man. Acts cocky and narcissistic, but he can be nice if he has to be. Haru is his favorite person, but that doesn't mean he's not going to be snippy with him. Teases Basil a lot, but really cares about him deep down.
Roselina Fae - the never present mother of Basil and Rowan. Says she has better things to do than look after her own children. Rowan despises her.
Devon Walters - the never present father of Basil and Rowan. Divorced Roselina some time after Basil's sixth birthday. Rowan despises him.
Polly Fredrickson - the sweet caretaker hired by Rosalina to care for Basil. She frankly doesn't care about the money, she just cares about keeping Basil alive and happy. She doesn't really know much about Rowan, he never really talks to her.
Kelsey Delsoto - a constantly irritated young man, though he manages to mask his irritation most of the time. He prefers literally anything else to spending time around his family. Aubrey is his best friend, he can rely on her to not get upset when he lashes out. He has an undeniable crush on Sunny, he just hopes he doesn't last out at him like he does with his family. Hector is his only friend at home.
Henry Delsoto - a kind, yet troubled young man. His parents constantly expect the best out of him, not knowing how much stress it brings him. His brother's irritation with him just adds onto that. He's in a constant denial of himself and who he wants to be. If he was honest to his parents about anything about himself, they'd no doubt get mad at him.
Sally Delsoto - just a baby.
Mrs. Delsoto - the so-called loving mother of her three kids. Stresses two of them out more than she thinks she does.
Mr. Delsoto - just goes along with what his wife does.
Aubergine Williams - an energetic baseball fanatic. She really cares about Kel. She would go to the ends of the earth if it meant making him happy.
Mrs. Williams - she doesn't really matter to the story. Or at all. She's a terrible mother.
And the extra characters!
Kimberly - just call her Kim. A candy loving girl. Transfem!! Loves Aubrey with all her heart.
Vance - Kim's younger brother. Loves candy just as much as Kim. Despite being younger, he's much more mature.
Angel - an extremely energetic young man. It's honestly a surprise he's a high school senior.
Charlene - she may look intimidating, but she's harmless. If anything, she'd much prefer to be a friend than a foe. She likes flowers.
Mikhael - calls himself 'The Maverick'. No one else calls him that. He'll deny it if you ask, but he may or may not have a bit of a crush on Sunny. Maybe that's why Kel is his nemesis?
Mincy - an aspiring artist. She's a bit of a perfectionist, but she's working on that. Her and Sunny get along rather well! They love showing each other their most recent artworks. Her and Cris get along well too.
Cris - a fantastic swimmer. Some people say she's like a mermaid in the water! Who knows, maybe she is. Absolutely adores Mincy, who she believes is the prettiest girl alive.
Daphne Baker - the twin sister of Bowen. She is generally quiet and stoic, she prefers to keep to herself and her baking. Often questions if baking is really what she wants to do with her life.
Bowen Baker - the twin brother of Daphne. He is generally quiet and stoic, much like his sister, but he does socialize just a bit more than she does. He loves to bake and knows that is exactly what he wants his future to be. Transmasc!!
