This isn't really relevant to any of the current stories I'm writing, but it is art for one of the fantasy stories I've written and haven't yet continued.
This is art for 'another fantasy au I guess.'
The character is Mewo, since she will be relevant later on. Her design is very different from canon, but I'll explain why.

The reason why Mewo looks so different from canon is because she is actually a 'mythical' species of large cat known as a Novagato.
I wanted to include Mewo in the story, but I wanted to change her design to fit more with the fantasy part of the story.
So, I chose a relatively dark base color for her fur, but not dark enough that you couldn't see the detail without turning your device's screen light all the way up. So I chose a dark indigo.
I made her markings sort of sharp, yet curvy. Not for any reason, just to make it pretty.
The star on her forehead is an actual star. I just didn't bother making it look like it was 3D.
She's also than Hero, even when sitting down. Sitting height would be around 6'11.
She's shinyyyyy.
Whenever I draw animals, I don't give them irises because I think it looks weird. Besides, her eye color wouldn't be visible anyways. It also adds a kind of terrestrial vibe.
This was also the only good looking animal I've ever drawn.
