Uh... Sunny with extremely drastic mood swings, blood, violence, panic attacks, mentioned suicide, and I think that's it I don't know I don't want to back through the entire story for the fiftieth time

Kel crumpled to the ground, whimpering in pain. He held his hand over his nose and mouth, nose bleeding heavily.
His attacker stood above him, she took a step back. "Oh, shit." She whispers.
Sunny rushes over to Kel, a look of worry plastered on his face. "I-I'm okay. I'm f-fine. I'm fine." Kel says, breathless.
Aubrey drops her bat, "I-I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to-"
Sunny glares up at her, pure hatred obvious in his dark eyes.
The hooligans stood silently behind her, shocked by her unnecessarily physical attack. "A-Aubrey… you…" Kim mutters, dumbfounded.
Sunny pulls Kel's hand away from his face, inspecting his wound. The blood was practically pouring down his mouth and chin. Well, not really, but it was bleeding pretty bad.
A few others in the park just stood watching, murmuring hurtful words about Aubrey.
In a moment of panic, Aubrey grabs her scooter and runs off. The hooligans follow after her.
Once the coast was clear, the blond boy who was previously cowering away from Aubrey and her gang rushes over. "I-Is everything okay!?" He asks worriedly.
Sunny glares at him. Basil flinches slightly, "I-I think I have some bandaids in my bag… give me a second."
Basil rummages through his bag, sighs and shakes his head. "Sorry…" He mumbles. Sunny's glares hardens. He stands up and carefully helps Kel up onto his feet.
Slowly, they make their way back to Kel's house. "W-Wait… groceries…" Kel mutters weakly. Sunny grunts and continues to pull the overly tall teen towards his house.
Once they got to the house, they shoved Kel down onto the couch.
Stay here.
Sunny signs before rushing out of the house. Basil nods, nervously fidgeting with his hands.
"Kelsey? Are you home already?" Kel's mother calls from the kitchen. Basil hesitates, unknowing if he should be the one to reply. Kel just sat there.
"U-um… yeah, he's uh… back…" Basil stutters. After a moment of quiet, his mother enters the room. Her eyes widen his horror. "Oh my god. What happened!?" She asks worriedly.
Basil attempts to reply, but Kel somehow beats him to it. "Got hit in the face with a bat." He says. "It hurts. Bad."
Mrs. Delsoto gently presses her finger to his nose, causing him to hiss in pain. "Yo! What the hell, man!?"
"Calm down, I'm trying to tell if you broke it."
"How would I have broken my nose!? I wasn't the one swinging a baseball bat around!"
"Oh hush, you know that's not what I meant." She sighs and stands up, "I'll be right back."
Just as she begins toward the stairs, Sunny rushes back into the house, holding up a med kit.
He quickly pushes past both Basil and Kel's mother, quickly and easily tending Kel's wound. Mrs. Delsoto watched carefully as he did so, "Sunny, dear, may I ask you something?"
Kel sucks in air through his teeth as Sunny presses the bandage down to his nose. Sunny nods slightly.
"How many times have you bandaged injuries like this?"
