Mila's POV
"Oh Daniel," I said taking his hand into mine.
"You going to leave me hanging?" Daniel asked nervously.
"Sorry. Yes of course I'll be your girlfriend," I whispered softly.
Daniel leant in to kiss me softly and my lips moved against his. We kissed for a moment before I pulled away.
"Now I'm even more nervous to meet your parents. Especially now I'm your girlfriend and not just a girl you like," I said.
"Your more than just a girl I like Mila. You've always been more than that. It didn't take me long to fall in love with you. I fell hard and fast for you," he said stroking my cheek softly.
I blushed at his comments "I fell hard and fast for you too. It came out of no where but I wouldn't change things at all. You've put some spark back into my life that I never thought I'd get again," I said.
"Oh Mila. You deserve all the happiness in the world after what you've been through. I'm glad I can give you that," he said.
Daniel was an amazing human being. I couldn't believe I'd been given this second chance with him.
I got up from the sun lounger and went over to the swimming pool. I sat on the edge of the pool and dangled my legs in. I looked over at Daniel.
"Coming in?" I asked him.
Daniel stood up and he undressed down to his boxers. He jumped into the pool. I saw him surface not far from me. He swam over to me and positioned himself between my legs.
I put my hands on his shoulders. He placed his hands either side of me on the pool edge.
"Shall we get you out of this pretty summer dress?" Daniel asked.
I lifted the dress up and pealed it off me. I chucked it across to the sun lounger and Daniel smirked at me.
"What?" I asked him.
Before I knew what was happening Daniel pulled me into the pool. I surfaced out the water and saw him giggling. I splashed him with water and he did it back. I laughed at him. His fun and playful side was one of my favourites.
We played around in the pool for a while. I was having a great time it just being the two of us.
After we both lay on a sun lounger each and I looked over at him.
"What?" Daniel asked.
"Just admiring the view... the view of my boyfriend," I said.
"It's a pretty good view isnt it,"
"Modest much,"
We both giggled.
"I have a better view though," he said looking over at me.
"Mmm... I beg to differ,"
"Na I do have the better view... it's even better when your naked,"
I blushed a thousand shades of red.
"There she is," Daniel said.
"You like to make me blush don't you,"
"I'm glad you've blushed. You haven't in a while,"
"Don't worry you still do make me. You still make me feel nervous sometimes,"
"And here's me beginning to think I was losing my touch,"
"Mmm... never,"
Later on in the evening we had changed and sat together eating dinner. Daniel had ordered us some amazing steaks with some wine. We finished up our dinner and we made our way to the sofa. I cuddled up to Daniel and we watched some trashy TV.
