Chapter 19 - Hang Out

A Case At Jurie City Arc

The restaurant can be found on the western part of their office, so Axia is the first to arrive beside the restaurant. After a few minutes, Aerielle and Floryn came and not too long Zane arrived followed by Ren.

    "What are we going to do here?" Zane asked.

    "Oh we are going to swim inside the restaurant." Ren sarcastically said.

Zane was not amused by him and stared at him.

To stop the two, Floryn speaks up to enter the restaurant.

    "Why don't we just enter? It's a bit weird if we are just standing in here, right?"

All of them entered the restaurant and sat at the back part of the restaurant.

    "What do you all want to eat?" Aerielle asked them.

    "Let's take a look at the menu first." Zane said as he grabbed the menu book on the table.

    "Why did you write a letter just to tell us about this meetup? Didn't you even think that what if we didn't get the letter?" Axia said.

    "I didn't have enough time to say it earlier because all of you left already, so I decided to stay in the palace for a few minutes to write the letter. Also, I haven't returned to our main base!"

    "Are you an idiot?! Are you even aware what if your captain will give you an assignment?!"

    "Relax! She's also eating outside with the other captains!"

Flashback, Aerielle is walking in the hallway when she hears her captain mention about eating outside with the other captains while picking a dress.

    "What should I wear?! I don't want to look so tired when eating with them!

    "Is that so?"

    "Uhum!"

Zane finishes reading the menu and hands it to them.

    "It's… expensive…" Aerielle said.

    "Huh?! You didn't even know that it is expensive here?! And you brought us here?!" Ren said.

    "Calm down for a bit. We can order a set and we could contribute to the cost of it." Floryn suggested 

    "Yeah, we can do that." Zane said.

They ordered a set of meals which contained meat, seafood, and vegetables.

All of them are eating their food peacefully while talking to each other until they hear a loud laugh from the front side of their table that is being blocked by a wall.

    "Who was that?! That's a loud laugh!" Ren said.

    "I think I know whose laugh was that…" Aerielle said.

    "Then who was that?"

     "Let's take a look…"

Aerielle and Ren peeks through the side of the wall and are surprised about what they see.

    "Are those the captains?!" Ren loudly said.

Aerielle covers his mouth.

    "Shush! You're too loud, they might see us!" Aerielle said in a whisper way.
