Chapter 25 - A Helping Hands

Axia is still busy facing the monsters outside the city and he has no idea what is happening on the inside.

Meanwhile, most of the civilians have escaped the city already and many of the squad members have entered the city to save those who are still trapped inside the city.

Kanku is half awake and she feels that she is in the hands of a man while he is shouting for help. Both of them have escaped the city already.

    "Help! Help! This girl here lost consciousness!"

Floryn, who is outside the city, has approached the man

    "Sir! Put her here on the wheeled stretcher!" Floryn said as tears and fears were visible on her.

The man placed her on the wheeled stretcher. And Floryn told her to lay on the other one.

Floryn's PoV: "I can feel that I'm tired… But… I must save everyone! I promised them that… that… I'm going to do well!"

Healing Magic- 5th Phase: Land of Heaven

Floryn cast a wide-ranged spell that covers the entire outside of the city. The healing process of everyone fastens and most of them recover their energy fast. However, due to a high energy consuming spell, Floryn is the next one who loses consciousness.

The man and Kanku didn't even know what to do to the point that they approached each one of the aids. Fortunately, the aids got her.

Axia feels that he is losing energy and his movements are becoming more and more slower.

    "Damnit! I'm really tired! I need to keep pushing to stop these pesky monsters!"

While killing up the monsters, he noticed that numerous arrows were hitting the monsters.

    "The backups! They're here!"

Axia notices something about the arrows.

    "It's red… and… it's not solid… it's flowing like a liquid… This could be?!"

Axia looks at the top of the gate to see Ren.

    "It's surprisingly nice seeing you handle these by yourself. Well, leave some monsters for me to slice!"

Ren created a blood sword and joined Axia.

    "Hey Ren! Where are the other backups?!"

    "Calm down will you?! The three captains are here already!"

    "Is that so?! Then we can finish these!"

Wind Magic- 6th Phase: Northern Winds

Bell commands an extremely cold air to the group of monsters and turns them into ice.

Destructive Magic- 1st Phase: Rampage

Amon charges to numerous monsters and fights them using his overall body

    "Fools! Your sharp claws cannot penetrate my skin when I am enjoying a nice fight! My skin crazily thickens!"

Axia and Ren are busy fighting the monsters and little did they know that Vince is on their back, staying at the gate.

Command Magic- 3rd Phase: Royal Soldiers

Axia and Ren were surprised about the sudden appearance of magical armies wearing metal equipments and holding a swords and shields which helps them to fight the monsters 

    "Hey! Axia! Whose dumb magic is that?!"

    "I don't know!"

Vince hears them and he speaks to scare them.

    "What do you mean by dumb magic?"

The two hear the voice of a man and look behind in shock.

    "C-captain Vince?!" Ren said

    "Yes, it's me. Look behind you and focus on fighting, you might get killed, you know."

The two keep on fighting with the help of Vince's magical armies.

Meanwhile, the city inside is now clear and the remaining teams are now going outside to help the three.

Strangely, the monsters disappeared just like a bubble that popped.

Everyone is confused about what just happened to the monsters.
