Chapter 4 - Final Training

As Ren and Axia both agreed on this trial, Aerielle starts to worry.

"Wait... What will happen if Axia might get hurt."

"Don't worry about me now. I can do this. What is the purpose of all of this training and suffering if I will just back down?" Axia said.

"It's fine Aerielle, Axia has changed. He is no longer the weakling that we used to know." Ren joined their conversation.

"Who is the weakling?!" Axia got mad but he is kidding.

"You."

After Axia heard what Ren said, he launched a punch to Ren, luckily, Ren dodged it.

"Looks like the game started without even a go signal." Ren said with a smug face.

"Hey! Both of-"

"Stay out of this Aerielle! I won't stop until I give him a punch!" Axia said.

Aerielle climbed up on the tree as Ren and Axia placed themselves on the center of the clear field at the flat-side of the mountain village not so far to the community.

Axia continued to attack Ren with some punches and kicks but Ren avoided all of them.

"What kind of attacks are these?" Ren teased Axia, but Axia remained silent with a clear concentration on his eyes.

"Not responding... Hmm..." Ren thought.

Ren jumped and distanced himself from Axia, coming up to something. Ren cut himself using his sharp nails and some of his blood flowed out and smiled at Axia.

"I'm going to show you some of my powers!"

"Well... You can't even defeat our bullies with your power." Because of this, Axia triggered Ren.

"You brat..." Ren said to Axia as he was enraged.

Blood Magic - 2nd Phase: Flying Blood Slashes

Ren shouted, "Eat this! Axia!"

Numerous blood slashes have been unleashed by Ren towards Axia.

As Ren unleashed those blood slashes, Aerielle's worry has increased. "Ren! You idiot! You might kill him!" Aerielle said to herself.

Axia avoids them with his own strength while he is charging towards Ren.

"This idiotic man! Is charging at me with his full strength! How amazing!" Ren was amazed.

As soon as Axia almost got Ren, Ren jumped away a few distance.

"Well, he is aiming head-to-head. Then, I will give him what he wants." Ren said to himself.

Blood Magic - 1st Phase: Blood-Made Hand Gloves

Ren's hands had hand gloves made out of his own blood that is thick and hard, and he rushed towards Axia for a head-to-head battle.

"Axia! Here I go!" Ren shouted as he approached Axia.

Axia prepared himself as he also approached Ren.

The two of them met each other and exchanged blows. But, none of their blows hit each other.

The two of them exchanged words to intimidate each other.

"Axia! Let's see how long you will last!"

"You're very loud! You can't even hit me even if you have hand gloves!"

"Well! Look at you! You can't also hit me! What happened to all of your training if you can't even defeat a person like me!"

When Ren said those words, Axia was enraged and when he hit Ren's hand gloves, it was damaged and almost destroyed.

"That can't be happening, this is too thick!" Ren said to himself as he was surprised.

Their fight continues nonstop.

In the distance, the worried Aerielle started to panic very hard in a way that her heart would burst out of her chest.

"Those two idiots won't stop! Are they going to kill me here!"

After a few moments, she finally shouted.

"Hey! Stop that! Are you really into this?! This is no longer training! This is a real fight! You're killing each other!"

Ren heard Aerielle and he shouted.

"When one of us dies here then this is a real fight!"

"Have you completely lost your mind?! Stop that or else I will call Aunt Rina!"

"Whether you call Axia's mother or not we are not going to stop until Axia will hit me!"

Their fight goes on nonstop.

"Are you tired Axia?! You can surrender if you want to!" Ren intimidated Axia.

"As if I'm going to surrender to you!"

After a few more minutes of fighting, Axia found an opening to Ren's face. He is going to punch Ren's face but he stops.

Ren asked Axia. "Why did you stop?"

Axia answered him. "I don't have to destroy your beautiful face because someone will cry."

"What the hell are you talking about?" Ren said with a confused look.

"Nothing."

Ren laughed for a moment and said, "Based on today's result, you defeated me. I will gladly accept my defeat but remember that I will defeat you next time using my powerful skills."

The two of them shaked hands as a sign of the end of the final training. Meanwhile, Aerielle's enrages earlier becomes happy.

"Man... I really panicked earlier that both of you will hurt each other very badly. But I am happy with today's outcome. Now, Axia will start a new life."

"Axia."

"Yes? Why?"

"Can you come here tomorrow morning, I have something for you."

"What is it?"

"It's an item that will be really helpful to you once you enter a fight."

"Sure... I'm looking forward to tomorrow!"
