Chapter 29 - The Girl In The River

    "You are cursed!"

    "I wish you were not born in this world!"

    "Murderer!"

    "Don't ever let me see your face again!"

Ellysa wakes up from a nightmare in her dreams. She couldn't forget the harshest things she experienced from the hands of her parents.

She held her mouth as she was about to vomit and hurriedly got out of the room to go to the toilet.

She finishes vomiting and washed her face, and looks at herself in the mirror.

She gets out of the toilet and she suddenly faces Axia.

    "Are you okay?.. I hear someone running in the house. So I went out of the room to check. But it's just you. What happened?.."

    "It's nothing."

She runs away to him but Axia says a few words.

    "You don't have to bottle up everything yourself."

After hearing him, she heads on her way to her room.

Ren gets out of the room to see what is happening.

    "What was that?"

    "Nothing. Let's go down. Are you finished packing up your things?"

    "Yeah."

The two go down to the living room and they see Sonny there preparing breakfast.

The two greet him good morning and they are told to sit on the table.

Sonny prepared bread and coffee for breakfast.

While they are eating, Axia asks Sonny about something.

    "Uhm… Is she going to eat?"

    "Probably not. I heard the commotion earlier so she's probably not going out. Don't worry, she's going to grab some bread before going out."

    "I see."

After eating breakfast. The three cleans up the table but they leave a piece of bread in it. 

Axia and Ren are now outside but Ellysa is still inside her room. So, Sonny yells that they need to go.

Ellysa goes out of her room and heads down. She grabs the piece of bread and walks out.

Axia and Ren say their goodbye to Sonny.

    "Thank you for everything, sir."

    "Same here. Thank you for letting us stay here."

    "Don't mention it. Work hard and goodluck on your journey."

Axia and Ren wave to him to signal goodbye as they walk away.

The three of them are walking down the mountain, but Axia's mind is flooding with thoughts.

Axia's PoV: "I wonder why he is living outside… And he is not under any kingdom. Also, the curse of the umbrella… What is the connection of it to the sorcerer… Oh! He mentioned something about it!"

Last night,

    "The sorcerer? Something like that exists?" Ren asked in curiosity.

    "Yeah. Actually, our family is from sorcerers."
