Here we are.

A massive door stands before you.

"Tch. Was this really necessary?"

How do I open this...

There don't seem to be any handles on the door.

You tried to push the door open.

It somehow kept itself shut.

You try again.

Still no success.

And again.

It felt like you were trying to push an entire planet.

You gritted your teeth in frustration.

"Open, goddammit!" You slammed your fist into the door.

The door does not have the capacity to reply.

"Ok, FINE, we'll do this the hard way."

Asriel steps aside and creates a blaster.

You hear it charge up...

"Let's see you stand up to the stars you cursed door."

A beam of twilight slams into the door.

"Alright, that has to have vaporized a hole straight through the door. Let's see..."

Nothing has changed.

"You have to be kidding me."

Suddenly, magic surged from the edges of the door. Like vines, the colors slowly crept toward the center. Blues, greens, yellows, and reds. They all converge and mix, joining together to create a bright white symbol in the middle of the door.

"What the..."

The rest of the magic finally caught up and met the rest in the middle.

You should probably close your eyes...

"Huh?"

The symbol in the middle started glowing brighter and brighter as you quickly blocked it with your arm.

A blast of light illuminated the hallway like a supernova.

You shut your eyes as the previous attempt at blocking the light was useless.

And just as it began... it ended. The light dimmed down just enough for you to open your eyes.

The strange symbol disappeared and was replaced by a bright white star with constantly shifting undertones.

"That's... pretty cool." You whispered under your breath.
