And yes, if you are an FTR (first-time reader), you might have to go back and catch up on book 1 to TRULY FEEL what's going on in the second. Because the incidents in the first act as triggers for the 2nd.
You'll get what I mean in a little while.
Anyway, I'd like to admit that The Divorcee's Redemption is much better than The Playboy's Misfortune in terms of human emotions. Whereas, the 1st book had a more interesting storyline.
