"Lose control, Embry." The voice whispered.
Third Person P.O.V.
The second Embry's eyes turned black, Remy prayed that she'd be able to come back to him.
The whole house started to shake, the furniture closest to Embry began to disintegrate first.
Logan got up to go towards Victor but Remy stopped him.
"Help me up, Logan. We gotta get out of here until she's stable." Remy had broken his leg, which made it difficult for him to move. Logan helped Remy up and out of the house.
When he entered the house, Victor was gone.
Embry still laid on the floor, her skin almost translucent. Dark black veins were able to be seen through her skin. Her pitch black eyes stayed on the ceiling; her whole body twitched and trembled.
"Embry-Lynn!" Logan shouted, trying to get her attention as he hesitantly went towards her. When he didn't get a reaction, her looked back to Remy. "How the hell do I help her!"
"It's like a bad dream and ya gotta wake her up." Remy explained.
Logan eased his way to Embry until he was down on his knees beside her. He pulled her into a sitting position but she had no control of her body so she slumped down. Logan pulled her into his lap and tried to calm her down.
"Embry, baby girl, look at me." He tried everything; he ran his fingers through her hair, he kissed her cheek, he kissed her forehead, everything. It wasn't until he kissed her jaw that he was able to get some reaction out of her.
"Logan?" She whispered, her eyes flickered back to the green normal ones before the black took over.
Objects around the two still disintegrated.
"Embry, its me. Come on. You need to snap out of it." He shook her body, desperate to get a reaction out of her.
"Logan!" She gasped, fresh tears running down her cheeks as she wrapped her arms around his neck. Her hands touched the back of his neck, burning away some of his skin but Logan tried his best not to show her what was happening since it stopped quickly. "Logan, please."
"I'm right here, baby girl." He kissed her cheek.
Embry's P.O.V.
"I'm right here, baby girl." Logan kissed my cheek. I could hear and feel my heart beating so fast and my breathing was abnormal.
I squeezed him tightly, unable to control the tears running down my cheeks.
"Don't leave me, Logan." I knew it had to be awkward for him but I just needed someone to hug me.

When Logan was explaining to everyone else what had happened a while following the attack, I was up in my room. I sat on the part of my bed near the window, a cup of hot chocolate in hand.
"Emmy?"
I lifted my head to look at Remy, who was still sitting at the edge of my bed.
"You okay?"
I nodded, looking back down to my drink.
"I know you don't like having to do that but sometimes its our only choice." Remy moved to sit closer to me.
