The insistent chirping of my alarm clock dragged me from a restless sleep at 5:30 AM. Sleep hadn't come easily, leaving me feeling sluggish and unrested. I rose and went through my usual morning routine, a mechanical dance of brushing teeth, making coffee, and checking emails. The early hour had a certain charm, though, and the promise of a jog spurred me on. Slipping into my running shoes, I stepped out into the cool morning air. The world was still waking up, shrouded in a soft, dusky light. The air was crisp and clean, carrying the sweet scent of dew-kissed grass.

The calmness of the pre-dawn hours washed over me, a soothing balm to my agitated mind. With each stride, I felt my anxieties ease, replaced by a sense of tranquility. Three laps around the neighborhood later, I returned home, invigorated and ready to face the day.

A quick, cold shower chased away any lingering sleepiness, leaving me feeling refreshed and alert. Today was a day for power, for elegance, for leaving a lasting impression. I stood before my closet, my mind already picturing a powerful ensemble.

My gaze landed on a sleek black suit – a timeless classic that exuded both authority and sophistication. I let my hair fall freely down my shoulders, its natural waves framing my face. A spritz of my favorite cologne, a subtle hint of amber and sandalwood, completed the look. Finally, I added a delicate silver chain, a small touch to accentuate the overall elegance. As I stepped out the door, I felt confident, ready to take on the world with a quiet strength and an air of undeniable presence.

The office hummed with a familiar rhythm as I arrived, everything in its place, as if orchestrated for my arrival. A sense of calm washed over me, a stark contrast to the whirlwind of emotions I'd been experiencing just moments before. Stepping into my cabin, I was met with the wide-eyed stares of Arjun and Ruhi, their expressions bordering on awe.

"What happened guys? Why are you staring at me?" I asked, confusion lacing my voice.

"Riti, you are stunning in this outfit," Ruhi breathed, her eyes wide with admiration.

"I've never seen you like this." Arjun echoed her sentiment, adding with a grin, "Yeah Riti, you look so hot and sexy in this outfit. If someone sees you, they'll be lost in your figure."

My blood ran cold. "What!" I snapped at Arjun, my voice sharp with a mix of annoyance and embarrassment.

He quickly changed the subject, his face flushing slightly, "We have to reach there by 10 o'clock."

"Okay, I think we should leave now then, only then can we reach on time," I replied, my voice still laced with a hint of anger.

Ruhi, ever the perceptive friend, squeezed my hand and said, "Please take care, I know you're bold, but somewhere inside your heart, you're feeling a little nervous. Don't worry, everything will be perfect, just like you wish." A wave of warmth washed over me.
