The following summer Baoshan Sanren, Xie Lian, and Hua Cheng with a happy little five-year-old A-Ying teleport to the gates of the Jiang Sect.

They are met by Sect leader Jiang Fengmian his wife Yu Ziyuan and their two children Jiang Cheng and Jiang Yanli.

With a wide smile sect leader Fengmian steps forward "Welcome everyone, Please enter the gates of Lotus Pier."

Sect leader Jiang introduces his family to them and Baoshan introduces hers. They all bow respectfully to each other and the Jiang family leads them to the main hall.

Fengmian says "Please be seated, have some tea."

Everyone sits but Fengmian who walks over to A-Ying, he squats down to his level and smiles "Your Nana tells me that you might want to visit us during the summers, is that true? Is that something you might want to do?"

A-Ying looks over at his Baba and A-Die, and they nod for him to answer. "Maybe, it depends on what I think after I have visited these few days, I like it so far but we will see."

Fengmian is taken aback by his intelligence and speech at his age. He looks over at Baoshan who inclines her head to him as if to say see I told you.

He chuckles looking back at A-Ying "Well let's hope we can impress you enough to want to stay then."

They have their tea and begin a tour of Lotus Pier, eventually, the children get aquatinted and A-Ying just like any other little boy is giggling and running with Jiang Cheng, some of the older boys from the training grounds join them and soon they have a huge game of tag going.

The adults watch them when Jiang Fengmian says "A-Ying seems to be more advanced than the other children his age, even more than some of the older boys they are playing with right now."

Baoshan looks pointedly at Jiang Fengmian "I spoke to you about this before bringing him here, we agreed that he could get to know your sect and you could observe him."

"He is more advanced than most of the children here even the ones who have already cultivated their golden cores, he is being trained by some of the best swordsmen and archers as he grows."

"We want him to experience what it's like to be around other children who have some of the abilities and attributes that he has."

"Right now he's only been exposed to normal mortal children, he needs to experience more of the world to understand it."

Fengmian nods in understanding "We can do that here, do I have your permission to test him and his capabilities when he visits each year? I don't want to place him with someone or a group who cannot keep up with him."

Xie Lian smiles "Yes you can but I can tell you that it will only be a few years before you no longer have anyone who can keep up with him."

About that time the laughter of the children stops, and the adults look over and see that all of the children have been frozen with A-Ying looking guilty standing there in the midst of them all.

He looks over at his family with tears in his eyes "Baba, Nana A-Die I didn't mean it, it's my fault, I'm sorry." His tears spill over onto his little cheeks. He just stands there looking miserable.

Baoshan pats Xie Lian on the shoulder and nods to Hua Cheng "I've got it." She says walking toward the small open field they were playing in.

Fengmian's jaw drops "What exactly did he do, why are the children frozen in place."

Xie Lian sighs "I believe he accidentally drew a stop motion talisman in the air and let it go so they all froze."

Fengmian crinkles his brow "What do you mean drew it in the air?"
