I wake up to Billie facing me and smiling. I can smell freshly baked pancakes from the kitchen.

"Good morning beautiful" she smiles at me.

"You have slept long, yesterday was a tough day, huh? Do you want eat breakfast right now or should we cuddle a minute first?"

"Cuddle" I answer her sleepy.

I turn around so she can spoon me. She lays her arms around me and pulls me tighter into her. We lay like that for a while with our eyes closed just cuddling. We probably both fell half asleep because no one recognized that the door to Billie's bedroom opened. Maggie stands in the doorway looking at us cuddling. She smiles and tilts her head at us.

"Good morning you two" she says and looks at us.

We both jump apart from each other and I blush.

"Mom! You need to knock!" Billie tells her mom.

"I'm sorry baby, I just wanted to tell you that breakfast is ready"

"For how long have you been standing there looking at us before you spoke?" Billie asks

"Oh, just a minute or so" Maggie smiles back.

Billie grabs her forehead and sighs at her mom. We get up and goes to the kitchen, deciding just to play it cool. Finneas and Claudia slept here tonight as well because we came home so late yesterday. We sit down at the breakfast table.

"Here comes the lovebirds!" Finneas mocks.

"Shut up!!" Billie gives him a deathly stare but he just laughs.

"Have you slept well Tuva?" Maggie asks me.

"Yes, thank you so much for everything and making us breakfast. I've slept really well"

"You don't need to thank me, I always cook and I love it, just ask Billie" she says and looks at her.

Billie looks up from her plate with pancakes and nods at me smiling with her mouth stuffed.

"So, Billie have briefly told us what's happened to you over telephone. If you feel comfortable with telling us with your own words we would really like to hear it" Maggie says again gaining a nod from Patrick.

"Oh, I don't know how much she told you yet but I've always had some troubles at home with my family. And two days ago when Billie was at my house it kinda spiraled out of control.."

"Tuva, that's an understatement. Your mother abused you" Billie says looking at me.

I don't say anything, just look down at my plate of food.

"Sorry, I didn't mean it like that" Billie says again putting a hand on my shoulder.

"No it's okay, I know. I'm right now just realizing how bad it actually was"

"When you are ready to talk about it, we are here to listen" Patrick tells me.

I smile at him.

"Claudia and I are going out for lunch later, do you guys want to come with?" Finneas says

"Yeah sure, if it's okay?"

"You don't have to be so polite Tuva, I wouldn't have asked if it weren't okay" he responds.
