History repeating?

She slowly opend her eyes, she looked around, finding herself in the big hut, she looked around, finding a few dark elves talking to each other. Layla slowly got up, and walked over to the them. "Where are the others?" Layla asked when she was close to the darkelves. They all turned to her, one answering "Most of them went on a mission, some are around the town, and Luna is outside" Layla nodded and looked to the big door, starting to walk over to it, when someone stopped her "When she walked out, she seemed like something is wrong" Layla nodded to them, and walked out, she opend the big door and walked out, finding the sun high in the sky over the town. She now noticed Luna sitting on the hill, she was looking down. She walked closer to her, finding her looking at a letter.

"Are you alright?" Layla asked, as she sat down next to Luna. Luna looked at Layla, she seemed to be angry, she hesitated but shaked her head. Layla let Luna rest her head on her shoulder, and gave her a hug. Layla didnt let go until she felt Luna relaxing, they sat for a while before that happend. When Luna was ready, Layla asked "Mind telling me whats making you angry?" Luna looked at the letter she was holding, and gave it to Layla. Layla looked at Luna for a bit, before looking at the letter and reading it...

My child

I want you to come back home, sense you have done your job well in that little town. I need you back home, so you can do this hole thing again in another town, which could use help getting stronger, and you know i dont like to do the job alone.

Anyways, we will talk when you come back home. And if you dont... well you know what will happen. See you at home.

Layla looked up at Luna when she finished. "You told me about your mother before, but i didnt think she would do something like this" Luna laughed a bit, looking at Layla "Well she is just a bitch" Layla thought for a bit. She had been spenting time with Luna for a while, and has gotton quite close with her, she also knew about her mother and the fact that she was sent to the town as a child. Luna seemed happy here, people respected her, the town feared her. "Will you go?" Layla finally asked, Luna looked at her, knowing she was gonna be sad if she said yes. Luna shaked her head "This place became my home, after my mom sent me here... but my mom will murder everyone here if i stay, i cant let that happen" Luna paused, then continued after seeing Laylas reaction "I will have to leave this town, so no one gets hurt, or killed" 

Layla looked down, but Luna grabbed her chin and pulled her face up and said "I want you to show your mentor, your mother and father, that your alive and stronger than before, make your friends proud. And by that me" Layla looked at Luna with a tear in her eye "I cant lose you too" Luna wipped the tear of her check "You wont lose me, cause im always with you" Layla nodded slowly, before saying "Promise me you will send letters to me, every week." Luna smiled, and nodded, hugging Layla again. 

After hugging for a bit, they both got up, and walked back in the hut, hand in hand. Layla helped Luna pack a few things, Luna then gathered all of the darkelves, and started talking. "Im being sent back home, which im not gonna be doing... My mother wont take this lightly, she might come here to find me, tell her that i left and she wont be seeing me again... Thank you all for the surport you have given me, im proud of each of you

I have one last wish before i go, i want you guys to help Layla get her revenge... Help her understand what darkelves are and what we do, then she will make her way to the big darkelf town, and become general there." Luna looked around then said "All of you deserve so much more, you all stay strong and keep fighting, and help each other out." All of them were in tears and clapped, Layla could see the respect Luna has gotton over the years, they were like a family to her. They all now made a big group hug, after a bit, Luna walked out of the big door, everyone behind her.

Layla now noticed she still stood in the hut, and suddenly ran out though the door, making her way though the darkelves, when she was though she ran down the hill, which Luna was nearly down from. Layla shouted "Luna!" She turned, catching Layla in her arms. Layla let go and took Lunas hands, they looked each other in the eyes, she found her fire red eyes and couldnt stop herself, but kiss her. Luna didnt resist, and let her do it. When they pulled away from each other, Luna smiled, gave Layla a quick happy look and turned around, walking away. 

Layla stood frozzen in place, looking in the distance as Luna disaperaed into it. Even when she was gone Layla stood there still looking. Hopeing it was all a dream, Layla sat down and watch the moon rise, knowing it wasnt a dream, it was real. And it was time to show the world, she was still alive, and wasnt gonna hold back.
