The nurse let Maxie go see Nathan in the ICU and all she could do was take his hand.

Georgie looked at Nathan sadly "Mama cry."

Maxie held her daughter "Yes baby mommy's sad. Nathan is hurt and won't wake up."

Georgie kissed Maxie and said "Nay tuh sweep."

Maxie looked at her daughter and then at Nathan "Nathan please wake up. I need you we all need you. You wake up now. If you don't wake up I'm leaving you for Detective Jamison."

As Maxie said that she felt something in her hand.

Nathan's eyes opened and as soon as he could speak he shouted "Oh like hell you will."

Maxie said "Good you're awake."

Nathan said "Maxie you know I get jealous."

Maxie tried to look innocent "I just thought you'd be happy to see us and that I'm carrying your baby."

Nathan looked upset at her "I am just not at what you said."

Maxie "All I wanted was for you to wake up and you did."

Nathan pulled her down next to him "I think you need to prove you love me."

Maxie pulled herself close to him kissing Nathan.

Suddenly they heard a voice chime in "I have an update on Spinelli."

Nathan looked over at him "What now?"

Detective Jamison discussed the idea that Spinelli had sent that shooter to kill both Maxie and himself.

Nathan told Detective Jamison "I thought he might have."

Maxie chimed in "He's completely lost it. I'm not surprised if he did. I bet he and his nerd girlfriend are both involved somehow."

Nathan looked at Georgie "How are you sweetie?"

Georgie looked at Nathan "Dada bye bye."

Detective Jamison looked at Georgie "I'm trying to find your daddy. He's done some very bad things."

Georgie looked at him "Dada bad."

Maxie kissed her cheek "Yes daddy hurt Nathan. He did some very naughty things."

Detective Jamison "I'm going to find him so he doesn't hurt anyone else."

Ellie was boarding a plane with Spinelli, excited.

Spinelli held her hand not telling her the reason they were traveling.

Ellie got excited when the pilot of the charter plane said "enjoy your flight to Tokyo."

Spinelli wanted a place with no extradition with the United States.

He wouldn't tell Ellie why but would explain once they arrived.

Unfortunately they would not end up in Tokyo.

Detective Jamison had gotten in touch with the pilot and warned him.

They were shocked when they landed.

It was not Tokyo at all like he had planned.

They had landed in Australia.

Australia did have extradition and that's the last thing Spinelli wanted.

Spinelli was so freaked out to walk off the plane and see a bunch of WSB agents including Frisco Jones.

To be honest it was led by Frisco.

Frisco took Spinelli's arms behind his back "Damien Spinelli you are under arrest."

Spinelli "I committed no crime."

Frisco "You are under arrest for attempted murder of a detective who happens to be my daughters boyfriend. For reckless endangerment of your own daughter. For being a sly son of a bitch. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law..."
