Wonder Nerds vs Naxie (1/3)

In Portland Maxie was on the phone with her mother telling her "Kiss Georgie goodnight for me.  I love you."

Felicia "Okay sweetie I love you too.  You go be strong for Nathan and that baby."

Maxie "I will mom.  Bye."

Felicia hung up and kissed Georgie for herself and Maxie "Mommy misses you sweetheart."

Maxie walked to the door of Nathan's room and watched him sleep. 

She tried to remain calm at the sight of him so out of it.

Her nerves were highly stressed yet she tried doing breathing exercises to calm down.

The doctor approached her with an update "If he does wake up he may not remember anything.  The deprivation of oxygen to his brain could cause lasting effects."

Maxie "Are you saying my boyfriend won't know who I am if he wakes up?  I'm carrying his child."

Doctor "I'm sorry but it's highly possible."

Maxie "I can't accept that.  Is there anything you can do?"

Doctor "All we can do is wait and see if or when he wakes up."

Maxie "He has to wake up and he has to remember.  I love him.  I need him.  I can't live without him."

Detective Jamison was talking with Frisco in proving that Ellie helped Spinelli and getting evidence to ensure their encarceration.

Frisco "What we have so far gives us enough to hold both of them but not be a slam dunk in court."

Isaiah Jamison "Lets go over the car again  and see if we missed anything.  We need to comb through everything."

Frisco put on gloves grabbed a forensics kit and they went to work scanning the car. 

Isaiah found something out of place "Agent Jones I think I found something."

They rushed the new evidence to the lab and said "Please put a rush on these results."

Lab director "Yes right away detective."

Frisco came back to the hospital and snuck on Maxie "Hi sweetie."

Maxie "Dad you're back."

Frisco "Yeah Detective Jamison and I are working on proving Ellie and Damien are guilty of everything."

Maxie "Good because  Nathan would hate having his shooter get away with anything or for the endangerment of a child to go unpunished."

Frisco "You have definitely been dating a cop."

Maxie "He's not my first cop boyfriend dad."

Frisco "I know I remember.  He seems to be  the best one though."

Maxie "Yes he loves me so much."

Frisco "You love him too it's very obvious."

Maxie "I'm carrying his child, and even if I weren't I would still love him more than life itself."

Frisco "I know you would sweetie.  I'm just sorry it didn't work out between your mother and I."

Maxie "I love Mac.  He's been like a second father to me.  He's great for mom.  Not that I wouldn't want my parents together but it's fine.  They're happy."

Frisco "I'm glad you feel that way.  Well I should go see if those results are back."

Maxie "Okay."

Frisco met up with Isaiah and the lab director handed them the results.
