Maxie held onto Nathan as they waited for Georgie to wake up.

Nathan saw her little hands move and said "Maxie look."

Maxie turns around to hear a small voice "Mama."

She runs to the bed and picks up her little girl hugging her and kissing her cute little face.

"Mommy loves you Georgie. I won't let anyone else hurt you again."

"I told you she would be okay Maxie. She is smiling in your arms. She loves you." Said Nathan

"She still needs to recover but yes I believe you that she will be alright. She looks so happy right now. I love her smile." Maxie said holding Georgie

Ellie walked into the room unwanted or welcomed "I presume little Georgie has woken up from her accident. I did not have anything to do with her being injured. Neither did Damien. I promise you."

"You are not welcomed in this room Ellie. My boyfriend and I don't believe either of you about any of this. Something snapped in his head and he looked way too happy when I arrived in Portland." Stated Maxie angrily

"Being a detective I am inclined to agree with Maxie on this. Spinelli was way too excited to see Maxie when we arrived. I do believe the two of you are hiding something. You are just so lost in your boyfriend you will believe any lie or scheme he may have." Stated Nathan

Ellie felt hurt by his statement and stormed out of the room.

She called the police station and talked to Spinelli "They don't think I'm telling the truth."

Spinelli exclaimed "My dearest love do not fear, they will soon focus their energy elsewhere. I will redeem myself. I vow to you by the end of today I will be a free man."

Detective Jamison was scanning evidence at the scene and in the station when he found something helpful.

Little did he know a different officer was following a lead.

A lead that would point to anyone but Spinelli.

Detective Jamison sent his evidence to the lab (not where Ellie worked) and had it tested.

A few hours went by and as the officer was arresting another suspect Detective Jamison learned that the carpet fiber came from Ellie Trouts vehicle.

The blood came from Georgie and it would directly link Ellie and Spinelli to her accident.

He got more results saying the one driving was none other than...

He went to the station to go talk to Damien Spinelli but found out he had been released.

He called Nathan "Just a warning but Spinelli is free. Apparently an officer followed up on a fake lead and released him in exchange for a different suspect. If you see him, restrain him until myself or another officer arrive."

"I will let Maxie know and be on the look out for him thank you." Said Nathan

"What was that about?" Asked Maxie

"Spinelli figured out a way to get out of lockup and put the blame on someone else." Said Nathan

Maxie gasped "Oh my god Nathan I'm not letting him or Ellie anywhere my child. He clearly has snapped."
