Isaiah opened the envelope to see that the DNA matched both Ellie Trout and Damien Spinelli on a piece of paper that connected them to the shooter/kidnapper.

There was also a bloody fingerprint belonging to each of them on the hidden part of the seat belts.

They rushed to the station to find both of them had vanished. Frisco "Apparently that mole is still here. We still need to flush him or her out."

Isaiah "We do because he or she keeps warning and aiding them in escaping custody."

Frisco "I'll warn my daughter he's on the loose again. You figure out how to trap a rat."

At the hospital Maxie got a call "Dad what's up?"

Frisco "I'm sorry to report this but that mole in the department helped Spinelli and his girlfriend escape police custody."

Maxie "Are you saying he might come kidnap Georgie? Even worse that he might try to kill me or Nathan? I'm pregnant so I'm sure he'd try to kill my baby too."

Frisco "A WSB agent I trust with my life is coming to guard you and Nathan right now."

Maxie "Okay dad I guess if you think it's necessary."

Frisco "That's my grandchild you're carrying so yes it is necessary."

Maxie "Okay I see a man about 6'2 dark hair glasses a goatee and a black suit is that him?"

Frisco "Yes his name is Agent Michael Merryweather."

Maxie "Please stop Spinelli and his nerd girlfriend. I can't lose anyone or anything else."

Frisco "I promise you sweetie I will do everything I can."

Agent Merryweather approached Maxie "Are you miss Mariah jones?"

Maxie "Yes. Are you that agent friend of my dads?"

Agent "Yes. I've been assigned to watch over you that baby and your boyfriend."

Maxie "I just want Spinelli caught so he can't hurt anyone else. I can't deal with losing someone else I love."

Agent "I understand fully miss. Your father is doing everything in his power to flush out the mole in the Portland PD and catch your ex boyfriend and his current girlfriend."

Maxie looked into the room at Nathan unsure if she should walk in as she has caused his monitors to go off before.

She chose to go sit by Nathan's side and hold his hand.

For three days she sat there by his side with no change.

Suddenly a man burst into the room with a gun with a voice not far behind shouting "Maximista where is my daughter? I demand to see her this instant."

Maxie shielded Nathan and said "She's not here. I'm not telling you where she is either."

Spinelli "You don't want to anger me Maximista. This man here has a gun and will kill you that agent your baby and your dashing detective without a second thought."

Maxie "Get out Spinelli. I'm never telling you where Georgie is."

Spinelli "Then you leave me no choice."

Agent Merryweather snuck up on the gunman and arrested him.

Spinelli "What you thought I'd only bring one hit man?"

Agent Merryweather captured a second man only to be brought down by a third.

Spinelli told him to shoot.
