"Since when does your work require you to wear a suit?"
"Since today. Now let's go."
And that's how Choi Gayoung found herself in the passenger seat of Lee Yeon's car. She briefly glanced around the car, somewhat remembering the interior from when he drove her and Ji-ah to the folk village the other day. The sound of Twice's Love Foolish graced her ears as it played throughout the car while Yeon smoothly drove the car down the road. She looked over at Yeon who seemed oddly happy to be driving her and coming along with her.
"When you said you were going to work... was there any chance you meant my job?" She asked him, leaning back in the passenger seat and looking at him inquisitively.
Yeon turned to her and readily nodded. "Yes, of course."
"You can't get into the Bureau without an appointment. And Themis runs the office with an iron hand so you can't stay for any longer than you have an appointment." She told him, already imaging the chaos that was going to happen because he didn't think this through.
"I'm a nine-tailed fox. Who could get in my way?" Yeon asked her, sounding very confident in himself.
"You do realize Hwayoung lent the building trained Hellhounds to guard the place? It's entirely just mythological creatures and that's why Themis runs it in such a way?" She continued to prod, not wanting to have to save Yeon again so quickly from thinking he could always get his way.
"I'll take care of it. Don't worry your pretty head about it."
"Is that why you wore the suit? To make everyone think you're an employee at the bureau?"
"Yeah. Why? You don't like it?"
"It's not that. I'm just surprised I didn't expect this from you sooner. Just don't blame me if you end up wanting to die from boredom."
