They sit side by side on the sofa in his sitting area and ate quietly with gusto, as if they been deprived of food.

"The food is good, is it always like this?" Tanong ni Emman.

"Not all the time, and if you eat in the mess hall they dont even plate it, they would just scoop it and serve military style." Sagot ni Rolf saka...

"They seem to be trying to impress you they neatly plate the food." Dagdag nitong ngumiti.

"I am the boss, while I'm here and they are under my command, I have absolute authority, that's why I gave Louie an earful for abandoning his duty this morning without asking for permission and informing me." Sagot ni Rolf.

"He doesn't want to, and your first mate knew, nag pa alam naman sya when I begged him to pick me up and sneak me in, you should thank him you know?" Sabi nya saka tumayo at naupo sa kandungan ng kasintahan at ikinawit ang mga bisig sa leeg nito.

"Oh I will, but it's still wrong of him to just abandon his post sweetheart, I don't want the other crew to think that i am favoring him because he is my friend." Katwiran ni Rolf.

"He did not abandon his post nga, your first mate knew, sinadya lang nilang asarin ka kasi gusto mo na daw mag wala, they think its funny." Na tatawang sabi ni Emman.

"Sweetheart it's not funny, na sira ang plans ko to see you, and you had to travel by yourself just to see me, what if something happened to you on the train no one will know." Seryosong sabi ni Rolf.
