Chapter 50: Surprises

Hailee Pov

It had been a few weeks since I left Texas, if Lupe was coming to my premiere was still up in the air.

If we had the talk.... We did we were somewhat get on the same page for the most part. I hadn't exactly showed her the text messages that I had gotten from Josh though.

We even had discussed about the relationship that had been going through the three of us was talked about.

"Wait I thought you were still with Joe?" I asked as Taylor had finally come back into the room. Lizzie and Maverick decided to head back to the house after awhile.

"Things are just so off between the two of us lately, he seems so stuck where he is." Taylor answered as she joined me on the couch, Lupe had pulled her rolling chair in front of us.

That whole conversation between to last what seemed hours, but probably had lasted a total of a hour.

By the time we made it back Lizzie had already fixed some food for the rest of us.

"So Hailee how did the wedding go?" Ella asked me as we sat on the steps taking a break.

"It went really well." I said as I smiled looking up at her.

"I feel like there was going to be a but coming out." She stated with her brow raised.

"I mean it's not that bad, but it didn't end the way I thought it would've. Lupe and I had a very long about everything that went on and we decided to give us a chance." I tell her leaving out the part that technically Taylor was joining us on this journey.

"Well isn't that a good thing Haiz?"she says as she looking over at me. "I mean you were worried about where the two of you stood. So does this mean we get to meet this Lupe? Is she coming to the premiere?"

"Honestly I don't know, she has been doing a lot of work." I told her as she looked at me before asking. "Wait what does she do? I mean I know she had done YouTube, but from what people were talking about she just kinda left it?"

"Yeah she ended working on projects with Taylor." I state as I watch Ella's head whip around looking at me.

"Like Taylor Swift?" She asks as I let out a laugh before saying "yeah you know she is just Taylor right?"

"I mean yeah totally." She says sitting up straight.

"Plus she plays drums like amazingly well, I mean she played for some of the music I've been working on." I tell her a smile coming across her face, I've always adore how supportive she is.

"Come on Hailee got to get back and finish this up." She told me as we made our way back to set.

I am completely excited although it is so early in the morning. Vogue is doing 24 hr with me today, which I am definitely so proud of.

I am a little nervous waiting for them to announce me on Live with Kelly and Ryan show. Although I was hoping to hear from Lupe she still hadn't let me know if she was in town or not.

"In a way song writing is and can be poetry," I answer Ryan excitedly.

I am even more excited that the fact that we were going to time square to check out some of the Dickinson posters that we were told were out there.

So I may have been in cahoots with Hailees parents, I was hoping to surprise her. Yeah she wasn't happy that I wasn't exactly answering her, I mean I was on a plane.
