Chapter 41: The Details

To say the least Hailee, Taylor and Lizzie didn't let me out of their sight for more than a few minutes at a time, I couldn't even go to the bathroom by myself. If it wasn't Hailee then it was Taylor trying to barge into the bathroom, since and I quote "I had already seen it."

Maverick and Selena on the other had thought the whole interactions were funny to say the least. Lizzie had dipped out on the bathroom duties which I was completely grateful for, I didn't need that to happen again. I did reach out to Scarlett later that same day that they said "they found me." Which she seemed so grateful for as well.

I was surprise my mom actually let me be away from her, but she seemed to know with those two she didn't have to worry. I honestly feel like I am being treated like a child right now and that it has only been a week. But I should run you back on a few things.

After I had left mom and dads house I made my way to what we considered the ranch. Maverick and I had wanted something that we could just escape to and it was a hell of a lot cheaper to buy acres in Texas. So that is what we did, we had started off small until the neighbor offered for us to buy theirs.

So we did, we were now sitting with over 100 acres to our name, and honestly it was the best decision we could've made. I mean when Taylor could disappear and most people thinking she was with Joe must've said something.

Both Maverick and I made a deal that we wouldn't ever tell Taylor that we purposely built the studio way out back just for her.

Anyways I got off on my story...

By the time I made it back to my house, I noticed that my phone was on it's last leg of battery. I was making my way over to where we usually kept our chargers, when the doorbell rang . I knew more then likely it would be Jen, since if it was anyone else they would just walk in.

I quickly made my way over towards the door opening it slowly as I see Jen standing there looking over at her phone.

"Hey sorry I know I am early." She said as she looked up from her phone.

"No worries, I just need to grab a portable charger, my phone is almost completely dead. And If Maria, Taylor and Hailee can't get ahold of me.. Lets just say you don't want to know." I said slightly chuckling.

"Life of a pop star huh?" She said laughing as I just stood there shaking my head

"Something like that, only difference as myself I am just me a YouTuber. Where my brothers are more famous than me." I said with a smirk before she says, "Yet still more famous with your alter ego."

"Anyways we should head out so we can go get the wedding stuff, because I am pretty much out of here in the beginning of August. VMAS, AMAS all of that fun stuff." I stated as I watch her jaw drop. "Sorry I forgot this is all new to you."

"I mean.. yeah.. Sorry it is. I mean just coming to find out that your brother has known Taylor since he was a senior is insane." She said as I just laugh before saying "I mean the only difference was that they couldn't exactly share that they did otherwise."

"I mean that makes sense." She said as I watch her now shuffling her feet.

"Everything ok?" I ask as I see her shuffling her feet again.

"Yeah it's ok but something came up and I am not going to be able to go shopping today." She told me as I nodded my head.

"It's all good I can finish up this track for Kelsea anyways, I had this melody going on in my head." I told her as I watch her eyes widen. "I work with a lot of people, when I am not working on music."
