Chapter 18: He really isn't worth it

I had seriously enjoyed Hailee being back in town, mainly for the fact that we had been pretty much tied at the hip with each other. I think it had gotten to the point that I think Queen almost wanted to murder the two of us.

But it was the week of the launch of Midnight Fire new Record company Esprit De Corp Records, I was really enjoying working with the band.

Speaking of the party Hailee currently was dragging me around from store to store, I've never really liked shopping.... but she wanted the two of us to somewhat match outfits, so I pretty much went along with it.

For the most part Queen would usually run and get my clothes, I was never one to spend much on outfits. If I honestly looked at what I was wearing it was always some Levi jeans, that honestly my mom bought me years ago, a graphic tee, follow my shoes that I wore for Griffs party.

She wanted to see how the outfit would look with those shoes, I had even brought my darker pair just in case she wanted me to try something different then what she had in mind.

Then as soon as  Queen and Trevor heard that we were going shopping, they had to of course tag along. Which had then led to basically the rest of the group wanting to tag along with us.

"Lupe you do realize that you are pretty much whipped." Trevor said as he followed the brunette, who was clearly on a mission.

"Shut it Trevor." I said as I felt Hailee tug on my hand gently, she had forgotten her usual black hat, so she was currently repping one of our merch hats instead.

"See I told ya." He says pointing to the two of us as he quickly takes off catching up with Queen.

I knew that it would've been easy to catch up with him, but one I didn't want to cause a scene, two that would definitely draw attention to my favorite brunette.

When we finally get to the store she wants I hear a familiar voice "Finally!" Griff says slightly throwing his arms in the air. I go to give him a hug, "Sorry! Someone couldn't decide on a hat, then it led to these two coming along with us." I said as I pointed at the two then earning a glare from Hailee.

"Sorry Ehh Steinfeld." I say slightly laughing before earning a slight slap on my shoulder.

"Ok I may have deserved that." I said as she slightly smiled. "Definitely deserved, stay here while I go look." She says as she takes off.

I look over a Griff, "so how long do you think it is going to take.... because I say this hobby shop with these remote control cars."

"Who knows at this point, but we might die if we aren't here when she comes back. I mean it's either that or end up starving to death." He says as we find a couple of chairs, both of our stomachs definitely growling.

"No way we will starve," I say as I open my bag showing him my snack stash. "I think your sister might have packed this one, this time."

He grabs a few things, I doing the same thing when he turns around looking at me. "Why do you say that?"

"Definitely way more packed they usual and I might've watched the two of them." I said slightly shrugging my shoulders.

"You know I am thinking maybe you are right, the hobby store is legit right there," Griffin says as he points to his left.

"Don't you two dare move." Hailee says as she passes by us, we were basically halfway standing up.

"Ok how did your sister do that?" I ask as I look over at him. "no idea but that was so terrifying."
