Sun-stroked Night Sky

What matters most is looking high into the sky and see that faultless night
Gazing upon the stars to feel their light coming through with an upmost rage
From the other side of this globe, I can feel the sun's rays cower in a reflected fright
To be a wizard; one with magic and control over the moon. To be the night's appointed mage

Reign supreme, oh powercrept scholar. Let moonlight shine through the mystery
Overthrow those darker than the moon's core. What false sun they worship will be no more
Trust the reflections of a sun-stroked night sky; witness written truth in the stars' history
Those echoing images shall be your guiding models towards the sacred midnight shore

Ah, but alas, you are not yet ready to venture forth in this grandeur
Not yet capable of seeing dark in the white; of white in the blinding darkness
Look up one once more and see. The dark spot sun, or the moon's velour
What eclipse is seen is nothing but lies. A blur of worlds coming to a complete stillness

Ready yourself, oh aspiring mage of the night. Master anima, holy and void alike
Carry the mantel of oh so many a wizard. Failed as they were, you shall not
Make peace with the mortal world. You shall ascend higher in this eternal hike
Reach the top of night. Conquer it and it shall appoint you the mage who brought

A mage who brought light to the moon. Revealing all its secrets once more
One shall cast new reflections to follow. A new sun-stroked night sky shall arise
You shall be remembered even in legends of yore
Timeless as the sky above, your eyes: a sun and a moon seen all over the skies

Please, when you achieve this, do not cross your eyes
Prevent what eclipse would happen, and lead us astray from mystery
Oh mage of the night. Please guide us through the false sun's lies
Defeat the heretic knight of the day. Heal this sun-stroked night sky's blistery
