Grateful to have gotten away from the stinky, and quite frankly, awkward situation, Kion and Kia were off looking for the animals they hoped would join the Lion Guard. Since Ono is almost in the skies, with the best eyesight they've witnessed, they figured they would look for him first. Then the group would search for Beshte, the strongest hippo and animal they've had the pleasure of knowing. Fuli has always been a stubborn cheetah, so they would have to wait till they could run into her while she was out running her heart out, as she always was.
Bunga - "Fuli, wait! The twins want to talk!"
Fuli - "Not now, Bunga. I gotta run."
Bunga - "What? Why?"
Fuli - "That's why!"
Looking behind him, Bunga saw a baboon troop running towards him, presumably after Fuli. She always had a sarcastic personality to go with her speed. Not having enough time to move out of the way, Bunga ended up being trampled by the baboons.
Ono - "I see Fuli's a bit occupied."
Kion - "Even I can see that, Ono. But I have an idea."
Fuli - "Huwezi! You can't catch me!"
Ono - "Fuli! This way!"
Kion -"Fuli! Jump!"
Jumping over Beshte, who hid himself as a rock, stood up to block the baboons once Fuli had jumped over him. The plan worked, and the baboons fell together on the ground.
Kion, Kamaria - "Nice save, Beshte."
Fuli - "Totally, thanks. And as for you guys, I said I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to be mean when I said you look funny when you scratch your heads."
The baboons, still dizzy from landing into Beshte's side, scratched their heads simultaneously, while the leader directed his attention to Fuli.
Baboon Leader - "Apology accepted."
The baboons all fell back to the ground, and the group of friends walked away to discuss what Kion and Kia needed them for, with Kia and Fuli exchanging a sisterly nuzzle.
Kion - "Hey guys. Thanks for meeting with us. We wanted to talk to you because, well, we need your help."
Beshte - "What's the kerbubble, Kion?"
Kion - "The six of us are the Pride Lands' Fiercest, Bravest, Fastest, Strongest, Keenest of Sight, and the Wisest. And that's why Kia and I want you all to join the new Lion Guard."
Kamaria - "We'll work together to defend the Pride Lands from anyone who threatens the Circle of Life."
Ono whistles in amazement, while Fuli's expression turns sour with confusion.
Beshte - "Well, lick my tail and call me a meerkat!"
Bunga - "Hey! My uncle's a meerkat!"
Beshte - "No offense, Bunga. Wait, aren't you a honey badger?"
Fuli - "No offense for what I'm about to say Kia, you know I don't mean you, but a Lion Guard? It figures. It's always the lions lording over the Pride Lands. I suppose Simba put you in charge of this little team, Kion?"
Bunga - "You bet your spots, he did!"
Kion - "Fuli, the Lion Guard needs you. You're the Pride Lands' fastest—"
Fuli - "You got that right! And since we both know Kia has wisdom beyond her years, does that mean you're supposed to be the fiercest?"
Beshte - "Well, he is a lion."
