Rumple sighs, looking at Regina as she comes into the shop. "What do you want, Regina?" He asks her sternly.
Regina looks furious, her eyes fixed on Rumple. "What did you do to my town?! I know you had something to do with this..." She points outside through the window, where the new version of StoryBrooke is visible. It looks like a brand new city, with skyscrapers, traffic, and all the other hallmarks of a modern urban area.
"Hmm" Rumple smirks softly, looking out the window then to Regina
"Do you mind explaining yourself?" Regina asks, her voice dripping with anger and frustration.
"Regina, you're right. I did this, I transformed StoryBrooke into something completely new." Rumple replies, looking calm and relaxed as ever.
"However, before you get angry, let me explain why I did this. This town was full of negativity, hate, and suffering. No one was happy, and everyone was constantly worrying about fighting evil, the curse, and trying to survive. I decided to transform StoryBrooke because I knew that this world needed something better. Something new."
"And so you decided to turn it into a city? You think that will make everyone happy? Not everyone will be happy because they're so used to this town" Regina asks bluntly.
"Regina, this place needed a fresh start. I wanted to give everyone in StoryBrooke a chance to be happier, with more opportunity, more freedom, and with less fighting. I thought you would like this and i am sure you all will get used to it" Rumple replies, trying to reassure Regina.
