Seeing the King distracted is a rare occasion, and when I say rare it means first time. So the king is distracted, for the very first time while practicing. As a result the king has blood dripping down his arms, that also for the very first time.

Jungkook's ability in swordsmanship, is second to none other than the king of Eucon , Kim Seokjin itself. However what he lacks in swordsmanship is made up by his ability in archery and war strategy.

But the blood dripping down his arms, is not an ordinary thing, never in his entire tenure as a king has he had scar made by one of his own Soldiers. The man that he was fighting with looks proud and scared at the same time. Proud that he managed to had an upper hand and sacred that he managed to hurt his King. But he still swings his sword Bravely at his King and Jungkook defends attacks upon attacks.
Jungkook' s special ability is defending and striking when the enemy least expects it.
But today isn't one of those days , as soon as, he started practicing today he attacked, which is very strange of Jungkook and then when he finally started defending, he isn't attacking at the right time.

Seeing the scene in front of him, Kang Beom Seok, immediately concludes that the king is not fit to train today, as he seems so distracted, his face in a deep frown and eyes unfocused.

Kang Beom Seok was the mentor assigned to Jungkook specifically for sowrdsmship and archery. Jungkook was very interested in swordsmanship, however he excelled in archery. After he became the king, his mentor himself said that he doesn't need any more coaching in any of the two. However brushing your ability from time to time is what makes a warrior perfect, strong and calculating.

Kang Beom Seok, met Jungkook when he was just 5 years old, to train him in archery however when he was 13 his interest spiked in swordsmanship. He wanted to be like his brother Haneul. Kang never saw a kid like Haneul you can say that he was a prodigy in anything he touched, but Jungkook also wasn't far behind, he was a prodigy in archery. He knows Jungkook learned swordsmanship from Haneul and he is very grateful that Haneul passed his technique to Jungkook however Jungkook skills are only 25% of what Haneul skills were. Kang has trained many princes and princesses including Kim Seokjin, but Haneul and Jungkook always held a special place in his heart due to their obedience and intrest in learning new things, so he stayed in Alvania, and after sometime Jungkook's father requested him to train the elite soldiers of Alavania.

"Stop" Kang says. And immediately both of them stop. The Soldiers bows down and leaves immediately.

"What happened?" Jungkook asks, walking towards his mentor.

"I should ask you that, why are you so distracted?" Kang reprimands Jungkook strictly.

" Sorry sir," Jungkook says shamefaced. His status of a king is not accounted for when he is answerable to his teacher.

"Jungkook, the first rule of becoming a warrior is to keep your emotions out of battlefield. You're are there to kill not to get killed." Kang says

"I know, I have been a little bit to occupied in my own thoughts, I assure you this was the first and last time." Jungkook immediately promises to improve his behaviour.

"Hmm, i expect it to never happen, you may now continue."

Jungkook once again walks towards the field, Kang can feel that Jungkook has understood his words and is going to act on it.

" Swap your swords with wooden ones." Kang commands.
He knows from the look in Jungkook eyes that the boy is going be vigilant and proactive this time and he doesn't want his soldiers to get hurt in a practice session.

Just 2 minutes into the fight and Jungkook as already defeated the soldiers, bruises are visible on the Soldiers skin and he feels thankful that they were not fighting with real swords or else he would've have to get serious medical attention.

"Well done, Jungkook" Kang praises Jungkook.

Jungkook bows his head to him and gives him a little smile.

" You should head back to your chambers, you came here from the court, the prince must be missing you." Kang says and tries to dismiss Jungkook.

The name of the prince reminds him why he was distracted in the first place.
Taehyung's behaviour yesterday shocked him, the mention of him being his husband, rang a bell in his head, as if the information of him being married to his childhood friend just settled in. And what shocked him even more was his behaviour, why was he blushing like that, why was he so affected by Taehyungs words, or was the effect due to Taehyung close proximity he really can't figure it out. But whatever it was he didn't hate it in fact he liked it. He liked having Taehyung close to him not as a friend but as a husband. The thought that Taehyung is his husband makes him relieved and giddy at the same time.

What does the future hold for them? is also a question that Jungkook is thinking after Taehyung kissed him on his cheek this morning.'Married couple see each other off like this' he said and Jungkook was flustered once again.

The fact that Taehyung being married to him also doesn't give him a fair chance of finding someone to love, doesn't sit right with Jungkook. He feels guilty, that he snatched away Taehyung's chances.

He is having all this thoughts of doubt, happiness, confusion and guilt that he can't ignore. Hence he decides to talk to Taehyung and ask him some questions.

"Did you liked the strawberry cake, today Taehyung?" Jungkook asks.

It's already night, probably around 9pm, they had their dinner. And now are sitting by the pond, huddled up in their warm sweaters and leaning on each other.

"It was nice, but nothing tops sakura cakes.". Taehyung replies, giggling and leaning of Jungkook more.

Jungkook chuckles at his words, he tangles one of his fingers in Taehyungs hair.

"They're soft but short, why?" Jungkook asks abruptly.

" Eh, What are soft but short, Jungkook?" Taehyung questions puzzled at the kinds words.

" your hair, bear" Jungkook rolls his eyes, already knowing where Taehyung's mind must be drifting to.

"Oh, yeah they're, its a hassle to maintain them and they get in my way when I paint, so I trim them often" The prince explains.

Jungkook hums in reply.

" But yours are long, how do you maintain them?" Taehyung asks

" I have to, you know even if I want to I can't chop it off "
[ king, and crowned prince of Alvania are not allowed to chop off their hair.]

" Yeah, but I kind of want to see you in short hair, you would look hot, but you're still hot" Taehyung says, without thinking twice

Jungkook clears his throat. The darkness of night covering both his and Taehyung blush effectively.

Taehyung just doesn't know why he is behaving like this with Jungkook. He kind of knows but just doesn't want to admit it.

After a long chaotic silence, Jungkook decides he should probably ask what's bothering him.

So with just a second of thought and gathering some courage he asks

"Apart from the fact that , Alavania was giving monetary aid to Eucon, why did you Marry Me Taehyung ?"
