⚜️31:I am Happy⚜️

"Your highness has conceived, he is 2 to 3 weeks pregnant" Yeonjun says a small smile on his face.

" You're pregnant" Taehyung exclaims taking Jungkook in his arms, spinning him around and giggling.

Jungkook gasps at the sudden gesture, still taking in the news.
Even though Taehyung never thought he would be becoming a father at such a young age, he ain't complaining though he actually loves the idea of raising a family with Jungkook. Taehyung puts him down but instead of releasing him from his arms he dives right in for the king's lips. Engulfing him in a sweet breathtaking kiss, Jungkook responds right away tangling his hands in the latter's hair and tilting his head to deepen the kiss.

Even though Jungkook's primary reason for a child was an heir for the country, he always wanted a child even before the whole dethroning order ordeal. From the day he got to know that he is a special male he embraced the idea of conceiving some day, he loved the thought of carrying a child and experiencing motherhood.
He wouldn't lie he was disappointed yesterday when he got to know that he hadn't conceived, but Taehyung was by his side and his presence immediately comforted Jungkook.

Taehyung detaches himself from the king to breath.
"Why are you crying?" Taehyung asks wiping down Jungkook's tears.

"I am happy" Jungkook didn't realise when he started crying, he just feels so euphoric.
The day he got married to Taehyung he was filled with despair and loneliness, he thought he would never be able to love again, never be able to raise his child in a loving family. But Taehyung has changed the course of his thinking, the desires that were once a distant longing for him are now his reality. He has a loving husband by his side, soon he would have a little bundle of joy to take care of.
He just realised how desperately he wanted a child not for the country but for himself, for his sake.
He never knew this dormant desire of his was so powerful in deep depths of his heart. Maybe that's the reason he accepted the thought of having a child so easily, because deep in his heart he always wanted a child, his own child.

He knows he would go lengths to protect what he has now, the happiness that he is feeling right now is immense and he can't help but fall in the embrace of his husband and cry softly, all the realisation dawning on him, overwhelming him.
He swears upon his life he would do anything literally anything to nurture and nourish his child.

The prince holds the king protectively in his embrace, stroking his back to make him calm down from his overflowing emotions. He has a gist of what he could be feeling right now, because he himself was feeling so many emotions right now. He would not lie he never thought of becoming a father ever in his life, the thought just never occurred to him. The first time he ever thought that he would raise a child was when Jungkook told him to perform the wedding night ceremony, but still the idea didn't disturb him nor did it appeal to him, He was just neutral on the thought of becoming a father.
But when Jungkook proposed the idea of Taehyung leaving when he conceived, he became defensive. The idea of leaving his child behind sounded selfish, he couldn't comprehend that a child that was his would be raised away from him, the whole idea seemed appalling to him.
And now as he holds Jungkook in his embrace with a little bean in between them, he knows he would do anything to become the best father in the whole world, right this instant he promised himself that he would never repeat the mistakes his father did, he would never neglect his child like his father neglected him, he would never force his child to do anything he doesn't want to do even though that means standing against the whole world he would gladly do it.

As they both were basking in the bliss of becoming parents, the physician couldn't help but feel amazed at his King. He has always seen his king tough, powerful, intimating and dominating. Never bowing down in front of anyone, but now as he sees the king crying in the prince's embrace he can't help but imagine how in love the king is in with the prince, to practically forget about his environment. Yeonjun doesn't bother to announce his leave he just slips out of the art room quietly not finding it in his heart to break the lover out of their moment, moreover he disturbed them once and knows the consequences of it, and he himself was feeling the need to embrace his lover after witnessing the beautiful scene in front of his eyes.
