⚜️39:The Storm⚜️

After making sure that Jungkook is comfortable, Taehyung leaves him in the infirmary to go check on Namjoon.

Although Taehyung just got a glimpse of Namjoon, he can say pretty surely that the man was nowhere near a good condition.
It's obvious he has been abused, and poisoned.

The fact that Ji-Ho did something so heinous, just to prevent Jungkook from getting an heir, Is absolutely terrifying.
What if Ji-ho tries something again.

But still the bigger question in Taehyung's mind is-'why?'

Why was Namjoon outside the borders of Alvania?

Did he run away from Ji-ho?

Seeing Namjoon, they can just speculate about what happened?
Until Namjoon doesn't wake up, they wouldn't know, how Namjoon landed back in Alvania.

"Where is Namjoon?" Taehyung asks one of the guards.

"Greetings your highness, i guess you're asking me about the man who was in the carriage. He is in the infirmary of physician Taehyun" the guard informs politely.

Taehyung nods , and walks towards Taehyung's infirmary.

(So there are so many infirmarys in the palace and each one have different physicians who excel in different fields,
But Yeonjun is the head of all of them)

Entering the infirmary, Taehyung sees the physician making some concoctions, busy in his own world and Namjoon lying on the bed.

Taehyung looks at him amazed when the physician doesn't notice him.
It looks like Taehyun is also so devoted and invested in his field that he forgets about his surroundings.

Taehyung clears his throat to make his presence known, but he doesn't recieve a reply.

"Taehyun" he says in a higher voice.

Taehyun jolts in his place, the herbs falling out of his hands, he turns around angrily to confront the source of his distraction but upon seeing his king.
He immediately bows down.

"Greetings your highness" he says.

"How is Namjoon?" The prince asks

"Critical, he is poisoned by the venom of blue synthia snake. Fortunately he was administered a medicine to stop it from spreading in his body. But still he wouldn't wake up until the antidote is admistered... And the antidote of blue synthia is not here...it's mainly manufactured in cold countries like Banzai and Eucon." Taehyun says

"Then we can get it from Eucon" Taehyung says.

"But he doesn't have that much time, it will take around a week for the antidote to arrive from Eucon, I will advise to send Namjoon to Eucon, this way we would still have chances of saving him." Taehyun suggests.

"We can arrange that I will send a letter to the king of Eucon, we can personally get him treated in the royal infirmary of Eucon" Taehyung says.

"That would be great your highness" Taehyun smiles gratefully at Taehyung.

"Your highness, I wanted to know if Yeonjun has been discharged from his duties?" Taehyun asks.

"Discharged? Why would you ask that?" Taehyung says sceptically.

"I didn't see him today, he was saying he was feeling homesick, i assumed he applied for a leave" Taehyun replies.

"You didn't see him today? , the physician in Yeonjun's infirmary told me he had an emergency so he left. Isn't Yeonjun's wife pregnant?" The prince asks.
