"You came back" Soobin says sensing a presence behind him.
"I did" the man says
"Why did you let us stay in your house Soobin" the man continues.
"No need to be this formal with me, Your highness, your cover is blown up in front of me" Soobin says facing Jungkook.
"So you do know me, my doubts about you weren't wrong" Jungkook says taking out a dagger covered in henbane. He was having his doubts about Soobin from the moment the man pulled Wonwoo aside, he felt like he had seen him somewhere but couldn't recollect where.
"No need to take out dagger, your highness, take a seat and I will tell you everything, I am in no way going to jeopardize you" Soobin says sitting down.
"How can I be sure, as far as I know the information you gave us can be false"
The king replies
" I am just a commoner, i have no reason to deceive you, and you have already acted on my information, and now you're alone, your highness" Soobin says smugly
"Do you think our king is stupid?" Mingyu says entering from the small door of hut, an urumi in his hand
(Urumi or chuttuval is a kind of flexible sword used in Kalaripayattu)
"Oh my god, i miscalculated" Soobin says laughing to himself.
"Stop laughing," Mingyu seethes, charging towards him.
But Jungkook stops him.
"Let's listen to him, first" he orders
"Hmm, now that sounds like a nice idea" Soobin replies. " I am really sorry, i thought I would give you guys required information without revealing my identity, but it's not the case now is it."
"Don't blabber useless things, come to point" Mingyu says
"Your highness, my identity shouldn't be revealed to an ordinary soldier like him, it's better if he leaves" Soobin says taking out a red handkerchief and wiping his hands.
(I hope you guys remember red handkerchief means Hawk i.e. Hoseok)
Jungkook, looks at Mingyu signalling him to go out.
"Your highness, are you trusting this man" Mingyu says in disbelief.
"Listen to me and go out" Jungkook orders strictly.
Mingyu bows down and leaves.
"Do you know hawk?" Jungkook says still not ready to sit down and make himself defenseless.
"Yes I am hawk's informant, I was the one who told him about the staged mutiny"
"How can I be sure?" Jungkook says
"We only have our words as proof your highness, us spies do not have an identity card to prove that we are a spy" Soobin says,
"I am trusting you on this, if I find you wrong I will have you beheaded" Jungkook warns
"That's enough for me your highness, you can rest assured about the information I gave you"
"Why didn't you tell Hawk about the increasing number of soldiers?" Jungkook asks
" I was not sure myself, i arrived here 1 month ago, I am continuously monitoring the state and just 3 days ago I came to know about the increasing number of soldiers and them owning brothels, I have already sent a message to hawk about the situation, but I saw you here and thought telling you indirectly will be more quick to solve the matter" Soobin explains.
" About you knowing hawk, you do have a proof of that, tell me the word and i will believe everything you have said" Jungkook says.
"You're so persistent your highness, but whatever, I am red pigeon."
Soobin says smiling politely at him.
