Firstly thanks to everyone who has read until Chapter 24 of my crazy made-up alternate universe of One Direction that I would love to live in if it existed!

I'm also insanely obsessed with Fifth Harmony's cover of Ed Sheeran's Lego House which I think (no offence to Ed and Ed fans) is better than the original! I put the link at the side just so you guys can check it out, trust me it's amazing! I cannot stop playing it and I'm listening to it as I write this. Hahaha.

Anyway much love to everyone, you guys are amazing I love you xxx

Elle Robinson

"Elle!" Kate shrieks excitedly like she hasn't seen me in 6 years or something when I open my front door at nine in the morning on a Saturday. And should I remind you, it's a friggin Saturday and I had barely any sleep last night from all the fireworks going around.

"Kate, what on Earth are you doing here?" I demanded, rubbing my eyes. My hair was sticking up in unfortunate clumps, my eyes were barely open and my brain was way too tired to operate properly. She frowned at me.

"Is that how you wake up in the morning? God, I really have my work cut out for me." She brushed past me, ruffling my hair in the process. Like she always has for the past 6 years, she immediately helped herself to stuff in the kitchen and dug out a box of chocolate chip cookies, waving it at me before she rips it open, shaking out the cookies on to a plate.

"What work?" I asked blankly.

"Graduation is in FOUR DAYS, Elle! Don't tell me you forgot!" she accused, biting into her cookie. I took one from the plate.

"Of course not!" I shook my head. "But I still don't get why you're here at 9 in the morning. Don't you have some stupid spa appointment to attend?"

"Oh, you poor thing. Sleep deprived?"

"How did you notice?" I asked sarcastically and she rolled her eyes at me. "I'm really tired, K. Can I have a rain check?"

"Nope. You've already postponed the appointments once! You do realise this is one of the best spas in the entire country and I had to literally beg and grovel for them to agree to postpone it? They only did it for me because I'm their best customer. Elle, you can't do this! You NEED a girly day out. Look at your hair for God's sake!"

My hand flew to my hair. "What's wrong with it?" I asked instantly.

"It's blah and boring!" she cried, pouring herself a cup of coffee. "That's why I arranged for Carmen West to do your hair. He's the BEST."

"He? Isn't Carmen a girl's name?" I asked.

"That isn't the point! Go, shoo. Get ready. You can sleep while they do your hair, trust me. They don't mind as long as you don't slump in your chair and ruin the colouring job. And the spa is so tranquil, I fall asleep all the time it's fine. Except you can't sleep during the fitting." She glanced at the coffee mug in her hand. "Do you have any tumblers?"

"Kate," I groaned as she dragged me into a salon. "I don't want to do it," I moaned, feeling like a 12 year old kid being dragged into school. Except school was actually educational, not having to sit in a chair for the next 6 hours while someone does something really damaging things to my hair.

"Elle!" she complained.

God, when did she become so strong? She's always been the weaker one thanks to her refusal to touch anything remotely athletic other than running after the last pair of shoes in a Jimmy Choo sale. I've always been the tougher more athletic one thanks to basketball, archery and bowling. She drags me in easily enough.
