A/N: And not a single brain cell was present....as always, let me know what you think!
Bellamy found that the morning came all too early for her—mind already racing. She hadn't slept very well anyway, and with the uneasy memories that kept flashing in her mind—it was easy to see why the girl was grumpy.
And then there was the fact that she remembered her name! Bellamy! She wasn't sure if it had any significance or what it really meant, but she was grateful that she had a name other than Kitty.
Laying there for a moment and ruminating on the nickname Kitty, there was a heavy feeling in her chest. She didn't particularly know why, but the nickname seemed to bring a sense of sadness to her.
Soon enough, boys were up and moving about. She found Darwin waiting near her hammock, all too happy to be up. "Are you always like this?" Bellamy questioned.
His smile slightly faltered. "Like what?"
"Like a friggin' ray of sunshine in the morning." Bellamy deadpanned, sniffing in slight distaste.
"Not a morning person, then?"
"No. I'm awake. I just don't feel like socializing."
Darwin paused, taking note of that. "Well you're in for rough luck then. Today you're going to be floating between two jobs."
"Floating?" She questioned, voice sharp.
"Just a descriptive word," Darwin promised her. "If we could float, we'd already be out of this shucking maze."
"What are the jobs?" She questioned, following after him.
"You're gonna meet up with the Med-Jacks first. Then if all goes according to plan, you'll go over to the cooks."
"Is this because I'm a girl?"
".....No."
Bellamy just let out a weary sigh. "I don't believe you. But fine, lead the way." She insisted, gesturing after him.
"Come along, Dimples," Darwin exclaimed, leading the way towards the Med-Jack portion of the camp.
"I have a name," Bellamy murmured, letting the boy tug her along the path.
Darwin nearly stopped cold, eyes going wide at the sight of her. "You remembered!" He exclaimed in excitement.
"I remembered." Bellamy stated in a less-than enthusiastic tone.
He grabbed her by the shoulders, a laugh spilling from his lips. "Let me guess! Eliza! No, Judith! Mary? Ooh, Maggie!"
"Bellamy," she said, removing his hands from her shoulders.
For a moment, he just stared at her. "That's awfully cutesy considering how feral you are."
She just let out a huff. "Let's go."

Jeff and Clint seemed nice enough, if a little cagey around the girl. Bellamy almost immediately picked up on it.
"So as Med-Jacks, we usually don't have a lot to do unless someone gets injured. Around here, it's not as often as you'd think." Jeff explained. "Right now, we're just going to work on re-stocking our medical supplies."
"And we'll go over some basic first-aid skills," Clint added, smiling at Bellamy.
Her eyes landed on some gauze on the makeshift table in front of them. For a second, she thought it was covered in red—presumably blood. She blinked a few times, finding the gauze as white and untouched as it was before.
