Chapter 11 - Trust

   Y/N laughed, "I trust you!" Moondrop looked surprised as she said it, "Why...?" It took a moment before she responded, "I... I don't know... I just feel as though, I can trust you."

Moon walked over to the light slowly, "I don't want to risk your safety. It's best to—" He was cut off as Y/N stepped in front of him, "No you don't! I need to talk to you. And Sunny..."

Moon turned away, "Sun doesn't understand." Y/N sighed, "Well he needs to. He needs to know what happened that day. He can't even communicate with you anymore!"

Silence filled the room. It was a minute before either of them spoke. Moon sighed, "I... Let's just say, it's not in my control. They thought it was a virus but they found nothing. I don't know how long ago it stopped... but I also don't know how long it will stay gone."

Y/N stayed quiet. "Thank you for telling me..." Moondrop smiled, "Oh... Of course... Sun should have a bit of explanation."

Moondrop moved around her to continue walking towards the lights. Y/N turned, "Do you really want to leave now...?"

He stopped at the light and turned back to, "I don't want you or anyone else to be hurt. The Pizza Plex is still open, which means that if I turn on you, I'll be free to roam wherever the lights are off."

Y/N stared at him with disappointment, "Don't you hate always being trapped, not being able to be out? This might be your only chance!" Moon chuckled, "You know that at 12:00 AM, I'm free to roam, right?"

"Oh..." She looked down at the floor, "Why... Why did you tell me about the Virus or whatever it is...? You could've wrote a note for Sun. Why tell me this information...?"

Moon chuckled, "As you said, 'I trust you'." With that, he flipped the switch and row by row, the lights turned on. He smiled at Y/N as the last of the lights turned on and he changed back into Sun.
