Moondrop stared at Y/N for a moment, "What?" Y/N smiled, "Sing me a lullaby!" "Don't know any." Moon said blankly as he turned around. "You're the nighttime daycare attendant! Sun told me! I know you know at least one!" Y/N yelled to him.
Moondrop turned back to her, "If I sing you ONE song. Will you shut up and go to sleep and stop bothering me already?!" Y/N nodded, "Yep!"
"Fine." Moon sighed and sat at doorway so he wouldn't change back into Sun from the light. He groaned and started to sing softly.
Sleep well, little children
Sleep nicely, little ones
Boys and girls of your age
Will laugh and sing and play
So sleep well, little children
Sleep nicely, little ones
And when you wake up to this next day
I'll—
(Yes, I wrote the lullaby myself)
Moon stopped when he realized that Y/N was already asleep. He stood up and sighed before closing the curtains and leaving.
As soon as Y/N was sure that Moondrop had left, she opened her eyes and got out of bed. She ran to the light switch and turned it off. "I can't sleep with the lights on. It'll be fine." Y/N ran back to the bed and played down again before finally falling asleep.
