Just letting you guys know, this chapter takes place in the past!
Sundrop watched as all the kids ran around, playing cheerfully. Suddenly, the clocked on the wall showed that it was officially nap time. Sun gathered all the kids.
"It's nap time everyone! You know what that means!" Sundrop yelled out to all the children. One of the little girls raised her hand, "Can I be the one who turns off the lights?" Sun smiled brightly as always, "Of course!"
The little girl ran to the switch on the wall and flicked it. All the lights turned off, row by row. The kids stared in awe as Sundrop changed into Moondrop.
Present Sun: "Moondrop wasn't programmed to harm or scare! He would usually put the kids down for their naps. Moon was really friendly too. We could even communicate with just our thoughts when one was out and not the other. That day was different though. All day I couldn't hear Moon... I thought he was just ignoring me or something. I wish I knew what was really going to happen..."
Moondrop stood in place of Sundrop. All the kids waited for him to tuck them in and put them down for naps. A wire fell down and hooked onto Moon's back like normal. Moondrop started floating in the air, slowly approaching the children, "Naughty children..."
Moon kept slowly getting closer and the kids looked at each other. "Moon, what's wrong?" One kid asked. "Is everything okay Moon?" Asked another. Moondrop grinned menacingly, "Nighty Night..."
