Tossing and turning, Aemma groaned as she felt hands shaking her shoulders while she was trying to sleep."Wake up, Flower!", she heard someone whisper gently.
Turning onto her side, Aemma blinked open her eyes, her blurry vision focusing and clearing onto the figure of her twin brother.
"What's wrong, Aemond?", she croaked from where she lay, rubbing her eyes.
"I need you", he told her truthfully, not many would know this, but Aemond and Aemma were very close as siblings.
They always had each others back and could always be vulnerable with the other despite their many differences.
"Need me?", she questioned, there wasn't much Aemond rarely needed her for, especially at this hour of the night.
"Yes, I need you!", he nodded, helping her sit up in bed.
"With what", she smiled, not even questioning it, just loving that he needed her help.
"I'm going to try bond with Vhagar", Aemond revealed bluntly.
"Vhagar? The Vhagar outside", Aemma sat up straighter wide eyed.
"I just feel drawn to her and I thin-Hopefully she feels drawn to me", Aemond furrows his brows at his sister. "Do you think i'm mad?"
"No", Aemma said bluntly smiling, hopping out of bed as she rushed to put on a robe over her sleepwear.
"What are you doing?", Aemond also stood up.
"Coming with you", she said in a 'duh' tone, sliding on her slippers before turning to face him. "Let's do this!"
"You can't, it's dangerous. Vhag-"
"Yes, Vhagar is dangerous", Aemma cut him off agreeing.
"Exactly, which is why you should stay here-"
"-Why I should go with you."
Both Aemond and Aemma spoke at the same time, their words being the opposite of each other.
"Aemma", Aemond cut in not using her nickname, trying to be intimidating as he stared her down.
"Aemond", she mocked him, looking right back at him.
The Twins just stared at one another, green on violet as they stared each other down, seeing who will break first.
Blinking Aemond looked down as he huffed to himself. "Fine!"
"Yes!", Aemma cheered, already pulling the handle to open the door.
"But", Aemond cut off her excitement. "You have to stay back a bit, just in case. Okay?"
"Okay, okay, stay back. Let's go!", Aemma swung open the chamber door, looking out left and right to see if there were any guards.
Surprisingly there wasn't a single one in sight standing outside her door.
