Mamas Girl.
Alicent Hightower loved all her children.
She did, and no one could deny that.
But she has and always will love her youngest daughter Aemma Targaryen just that little bit more.
Aemma didn't look or act like any of her...

Bright and early the next day all highborns and nobles were rushed to hurry and make their way to the Throne room to bare witness to the trial of Lucerys Velaryon.
Lord Vaemond Velaryon calling for an audience in Kings Landing to discuss who Driftmark sould be passed onto while the Lord of Driftmark himself, Lord Corlys Velaryon, Vaemonds brother, was ill at sea.
Vaemond knew that it wouldn't be Viserys sitting the throne when he called the audience, knowing of the Kings declining health.
He knew that it would be left over to the Queen and the Hands decision, and knowing their dislike for Rhaenyras children he felt particularly confident in his rights for succession.
That's why it was so easy for him to stand in Court before the Iron Throne, staring at Rhaenyra and her family with a smug look on his face.
In the hall there was three separate groups amongst the family and among the other highborn Lords and Ladies.
On the left side of the hall there was Rhaenyra, Daemon and their children. On the right side stood Alicent and most of her children and then Rhaenys stood alone at the back.
As said, Alicent stood with most of her children, most, the reason the trial hadn't started yet was because they were waiting on a particular two.
It wasn't long before the duo entered through one of the side doors, arm and arm as they walked through one of the viewing areas on the right side of the room.
Having the attention of everyone in the court, watching as they would disappear behind each pillar and then re emerge before they made it to the opening.
Aemond on instinct holding up Aemmas skirt as they descended down the small staircase to meet up with their family.
Joining with them, Aemma looked up with a small smirk on her face as she met eye contact with the other family across the way, before she seemed to hum to herself as she let go of Aemonds arm.
Then breaking the eye contact as she joined her husbands side, Aegon looking to her sideways for a second in acknowledgment.
Rhaenyra watched the girl with bated breath, not having took her eyes off the girl since she entered the hall.
She couldn't believe how much she looked like Alicent, everything reminded her of her old friend.
Her hair, her eyes, her walk, her mannerisms, the way she presented herself and Rhaenyra wouldn't doubt that she sounded like her either.
Looking at her Rhaenyra noticed the space Aemma and Aegon would put between each other, the sort of space that Aemma and Aemond didn't seem to have.
Maybe it was a twin thing was all Rhaenyra could think, her eyes then going over to Aemond who couldn't seem to take his eye off Aemma.
