Guysss! I know the chapters are a bit boring, but the first few chapters are just to give you insight of how regular Amrutha's life is. Please show your support and I promise the drama is right around the corner.

This is an ongoing story, I'm still writing this while posting chapters. So, please bear with any delays or gaps between posting dates.

The more you interact and support my content, the faster I'll bring the drama. Deal?

"Girlsssss!!! LISTEN TO ME

"Girlsssss!!! LISTEN TO ME..." I shouted on the call. Now that we'd finalised on Udaipur, the planning was supposed to be easy. Or that's what I thought. Because in reality, it was horrific.

Even after I shouted, these idiots went on chatting. These girls I tell you.

"Now we need to decide where and all we have to eat and what to wear?" Sahana chirped with excitement.

"We'll saree one of the days," Ramya suggested.

"Works for me! However we are thinking of dinner at Taj Lake Palace, we'll wear saree to that."

"I heard Taj doesn't allow walk-in guests. So we better keep a backup option." Shreya informed.

"Oberoi Udaivilas!" The remaining three said in unison.

"Ok fine. I'll ask up at both places. Let's see what happens."

"Dinner is ready! Come fast!!!" My mom's voice came through my closed door.

"OK guys, see you later!" I said cutting the call.

I kept my phone in my room and headed out to the dinner table.

"What were you doing? I'm calling from that time!" My mom asked the moment I emerged out of my room.

"Yukta, madam has a lot of important work. Don't ask, we can't understand." My father taunted his eyes glued to his phone.

"Nothing mumma, discussing about Udaipur," I said ignoring my father.

"Oh, nice. What did you guys finalise?" My mom asked curiously.

"Nothing much. We've decided to wear sarees to dinner on one of the days." I said taking a bite of the chapati.

"So much planning. Good!" My father said. I was surprised by his sudden praise. But it was short-lived as he continued... "The same interest and seriousness if you give to your life..."

"Enough! No more talks while eating." My mom roared.

"Always coming to her defence. You've only spoilt her." My father murmured.

Mom and I royally ignored him and concentrated on the food in front of us. Once done with dinner, I put on a dance show on the TV.

Simultaneously I opened my social media. I saw a prompted video of stuff to do in Udaipur. Social media is scary at times, how the hell did it know what I was talking about with my friends? I haven't even searched anything regarding Udaipur and it already knows. CRAZY! But anyway, I saw the video and shared it with the girl gang.

From the many videos I'd seen about Udaipur to date, one spoke about the various places attached to Udaipur which we could cover and not just stay in Udaipur. Those places included Chittorgarh Fort, Khumbhalghar Fort and a leopard safari, the name I forgot!

If I was excited about our girls' trip, after watching all those videos,  I couldn't wait to fly to Udaipur. I sent a text to the group,

Me: Guys, there was a video that spoke about covering Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Khumbhalgarh and a safari place in 4-5 days. Exactly the number of days we have.

Shreya: Sounds good dude! Share the link.

Me: Sent!

I shared the link to the video. With that, I concluded the small chat and hit the bed as usual, letting my dreams take over.
