"Evie, I never once set foot in any magic school",
"Evie, things will seem tough, but I know you... you can do this; use your power, find a way out",
"What does she mean by all that", Evelyn mumbled to herself while laying down, as everyone was getting ready for bed, the four were all still awake.
"Silver, you didn't fall asleep at all today, you usually fall asleep right away no matter if you're talking or training", Sebek stated.
"It's weird... but I'm not affected when I'm in a dream", Silver said.
"Ha, it's funny that you're more energetic in your dreams", Sebek teased.
"You're right, I wished I could stay like this all the time in real life", Silver stated.
"I remember seeing it... it still happens to you", Evelyn asked as Silver nodded his head.
"I understand that, I fall asleep during Professor Trein's lessons or after lunch", Grim said.
"I think this is a lot different than mine", Silver explained, "training with a sword, talking with anyone... I just fall asleep",
"In the middle of sword training, did you stay up late playing games", Grim asked.
"No, I get enough sleep at night, but there's still no cause of it", Silver replied, "father's taken me to see many magical doctors, but... no matter where we went, the cause is unknown",
"He then brought you to my family... we're still looking into it", Evelyn said, sitting up from her spot.
"Father wouldn't have to worry about me a lot once it's cured", Silver stated.
"Come to think of it, I've heard you calling Lilia "Father", Grim asked, "what does that mean, is it a nickname or something",
"Up to you if you wanna tell him", Evelyn reassured, looking over at Silver.
"It's not a nickname... when we enrolled, Lilia told me to keep it a secret to avoid rumors ad confusion", Silver explained, "Lilia found me, took me in and raised me as his own, he is my father",
"Huh, father... HE'S YOUR DAD", Grim shouted in shock.
"Grim, inside voices, please", Evelyn reminded.
"I do my best to call him Lilia at school, but... it's hard to break the habit", Silver mumbled before walking up to Lilia who was still awake too, "Anyway, fa... ah, Sir Vanrouge, may I ask you something",
"Hm, let's hear it", Lilia said.
"I've heard your guardsmen and the ironclads mention Henrick and the Dawn Knight, could you tell us who they are", Silver asked, the other three leaning in to listen in.
"Hm, guess they're not too well-known outside their own lands", Lilia muttered, "Henrick is the leader of the Silver Owls, he's as greedy as they come, he likes to stay holed up in their eastern stronghold, he barely ever comes out of it... but he did visit the castle once, with a letter outlining a number of demands; Lady Malenor refused to speak with him, of course",
"He dared to bring demands when his men are the ones repeatedly damaging Briar Valley, the audacity", Sebek stated in anger.
"As for the Dawn Knight, he's the commander of the Silver Owl's guard", Lilia explained, "the Silver Owl's like to sneak into dangerous areas in search for metal and magestones, like... direbeast lairs in the Thunderclap Mountains, or Howling Canyon's western side, crawling as it is with certain fae bandits; so, they hired skilled and combat-ready guards... and the Dawn Knight is the strongest of the lot by far",
