Shehryaar's POV

"Hey Sleeping Beauty!" I rushed towards her on the bed while holding my ears.

"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! I'm late...traffic jammed tha." I pouted in front of her innocently while blinking my eyes before I chuckled.

"Look what I brought for you!" I chirped cheefully as I showed her a bouquet of roses and placed it beside her.

"I love you!" I whispered as I bent down and kissed her forehead before I pulled out again.

"Get well soon jaan!" I whispered as I caressed her cheek and my eyes got moistened slightly.

I observed her from head to toe and sighed in relief. In these three months time, her condition was much better than the day she met into an accident.

Her bandages has been removed and now I could see her clearly. Her wounds were no more to be seen except those slightest marks which were left on her temple, elbow and knee but the doctor said it would be disappeared with the passing time. And her broken neck already recovered.

Alhamdulillah.

"Maulvi Sahaab was asking about you. And he sent you lots of prayers too." I told with a smile as I walked to the side table and put all the things I brought with me.

I took out a bottle of water and took a bowl from the table. I've been visiting the mosque she will always go with the help from Madeeha and have been doing the same exact thing she will do for me whenever I'm not feeling well.

"Now recite Duroof Shareef faster!" I said as I poured the water in the bowl and took a small towel that I have been using on her and took a seat on the bed next to her.

"Lehh...yeh bhi mujhe karna parega." I rolled my eyes before a slight chuckle escaped my mouth and I shook my head, looking down at the bowl.

I soaked the towel in the water and recited Duroof Shareef under my breath and brought the towel to her face and wiped it on. I then brought the towel to her bare skin, her arms and wiped it there too.

"Acha bataao...how are you feeling today?" I asked, putting the bowl on the table again.

I turned my head towards her who never bothered me at all whenever I'm here with her. I sighed as I leaned in her face and caressed her cheek. I could feel her normal breathing and I smiled unknowingly when her breath fanned my nose.

"Didn't you feel tired....sleeping all day long? Utho na yaar." I sighed, resting my forehead on hers as I shut my eyes.

It has been three months and there was no sign of her that she will wake up anytime soon. My heart was throbbing inside on the thoughts of she might not wake up at all. I felt a hot liquid on my cheek and I opened my eyes before I pulled out.

I wiped my cheek, realizing it was my tear and saw one on her cheek as well. Must be mine fell on her cheek and I wiped it away carefully.

"I know you are bored. Uhm...what are we gonna do?" I asked, scratching my chin as thinking of something when my gaze fell on the shopper I brought along with me just now.

"Ohoo. How can I forgot? I bought you a new book. Now let's read the book together." I winked as I took the new bought novel with me and sat beside her again.

"Basically, I don't like reading.." I made a face looking at her before I parted my lips again.

"But because of you, I have completed almost 15 novels...no actually...we have completed." I chuckled as I flipped the first page.

"Okay listen..." I turned myself facing her as I adjusted my seat, crossing my one leg on the bed as the other one was hanging down.

I started reading her the story, the thing I always do with her and kept flipping through the pages till I felt bored and tired. I sighed and ran my eyeballs on her.
