Shehryaar's POV

I felt my back hurting though I've been used to it but sometimes sleeping on the couch is no less than sleeping on a rock. I wanted to change my side when I felt something clutch my hand loosely and I slowly opened my eyes and my gaze fell on it.

I furrowed slightly when I saw a hand on mine and I trailed my eyes along it to find Aayesha was sleeping beside me on the floor with her head on the brim. I widened my eyes in disbelief looking at her as I intertwined our fingers and I wanted to get up but if I did, she will wake up too. I seriously don't want to disturbed her sleep but I also can't let her sit-sleeping on the floor.

I was thinking what should I do when I saw a blanket on me and I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion staring at it before I shifted my gaze on her again.

"Did she covers me?"

"But why is she sleeping on the floor?"

I bit my lower lip, thinking when she furrowed her eyebrows slightly and I saw few strands were covering half of her eyes and I guessed it might be disturbing to her.

I rolled my tongue on my inner cheek as I slowly raised my free hand and brought it close to her face. With full cautious, I slid my index finger under her strands and brought it to the back as I tucked it behind her ear.

I let a sigh escaped my lips when I saw her breathing was normal, telling she was in deep sleep and I smiled absentmindedly as I stared at her face. Her mouth was slightly parted made her look too cute and I couldn't help but chuckled silently as I slowly pushed her chin up with my thumb, closing her mouth.

"Why are you so cute?" Escaped my mouth absentmindedly as I kept staring at her face and she didn't realize it at all as I stroked her hair gently.

Seeing her face just made me feel so peaceful, no matter how much problems, misunderstandings, hatred or anger stood in between us like a wall, no matter how bad my day goes by but at the end of it I have to go back to her and my heart will find it's shelter.

She was made from me, from my rib and probably because of that I can never get bored staring at her face, at her eyes, nose, lips and everything in her. Probably because of that too, I recognized her at the first sight, I felt good when I saw her for the very first time, I found my heart's pair with her.

"Sheh...Shehryaar!!"

She suddenly fumbled with her eyes closed tight and wrinkles formed on her forehead, I could clearly see the fear and panic spread on her face as she uttered my name, made my heart skip a beat.

"Shehryaar don't go! Please!!"

She cried as she shook her head slightly and tightened her grip around my hand and I gulped down looking at her face closely.

"Aayesha! Aayesha open your eyes!" I hurriedly spoke up as I patted her cheek gently when I saw a tear eluded from the corner of her eye made me freeze on my tracks upon sighting it.

"Shehryaar!!" She yelled out aloud, startling the hell out of me and I jumped back a little on her act.

She then suddenly burst opened her eyes at once and widened it as if she saw something bad and a moment later upon sighting me in front of her, her eyes went smooth and without waiting for a second more she hurriedly clung onto me; on the couch as she was now half on top of me as she hugged me tight, almost crashed all the bones inside me.

"Aayesha?" I took her name in confuse as I furrowed deeply at her on me when I could feel she fisted my shirt tightly as she buried her face in my chest, weeping silently.
